Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Had to tighten it a little bit but that’s just my personal preference and only takes like 30 seconds to do, besides that perfect amount of lube and great setup
My grandson loved his new Rubix MGC 2x2 but it only took him a few minutes to solve it 😂
This cube was unfortunately very disappointing, it was very loose and unstable, and even after tightening the cube still could not perform very well. I ended up having to switch back to an old non magnetic WeiPo which performs much better.
Thanks for your review! The MGC is naturally more flexible than the WeiPo, so it won't fit everyone's turning style, but if you believe that yours has an issue, feel free to send us an email and we'll try to figure out what is going on.
It's a good cube but it's a little bit loose witch is easy to fix
So I have reviewed this product already, but I need to update it. The pro setup is good, but the cube itself is not the best. The lubes wheres fine for quite a long time. A few days ago I found that the cube was feeling very dry, so I took it apart, cleaned it, re lubed it and put it all back together with all the parts. I dont know why but the tensioning will not work. The blue and green are unable to be tightened anymore and are way too loose. The red and orange ones can’t loosen anymore without it popping. The yellow and white sides are fine. For now I will be using the yj YuPo that is $6 here, and has given me no problems taking apart and setting up. I think it is just from constant use in a few months. (6)
The cube was good for its price and I still would recommend this cube to anyone. Maybe not the pro shop unless they have a little extra $$$ and are willing to take the risk. I got some good life out of it and a sub wr at home with it. RIP YJ MGC 2x2. You where a good cube.
Averaged 6-7 with LBL, Ortega, and Partial CLL before I got this. Since it was delivered I've had motivation to actually do 2x2, I learned full CLL and was able to actually corner cut the algs, I now average a confident sub-3.5. On any given one-look scramble 7-8 moves I can corner cut it and get either a sub1 or low1 on stackmat. Really depends on your standardized home grip and turning style but for me it fits amazing. Planning on learning full-eg for December because I feel I can actually corner cut it and remember the alg itself. It's so enjoyable to turn and I cannot stress that enough, or maybe im not talking about it because I'm too busy turning it :) 10/10
getting into 2x2 again, and this was great for me. could have been a bit more controllable but it's still good, only problem I had was that it came with a 3x3 pro shop logo on it, not a 2x2 one.
I would have preferred an unboxing experience, still a great cube
This is amazing 100% recommended
