Product Description

The new MoFang JiaoShi MF3S is a budget-friendly, entry level 3x3 speed cube in MoYu's Cubing Classroom series. While similar to the MF3 in design and price, the MF3S is available in the stickerless bright colors, and it features a frosted coating on the exterior that has a matte feeling to it. The frosted surface also reduces scratches and has an anti-glare effect in bright conditions.

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

GREAT CUBE FOR THE PRICE!!!!! (good for begginers not for speed cubing

Positives
The cube is all round great its smooth and is able to do corner cutting with ease, it is one of the best affordable cubes i've ever had though it has a few downfalls it is a great cube for (beginners).

Negatives
The cube can lock up pretty often when solving at a fast speed, when doing algorithms also at a fast speed pieces tend to pop out time to time and when solving fast or slow the cube can be pretty loud.

KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS CUBE ONLY COSTED $5!!!

Great for force cubes

I bought seven of these to make a set of force cubes (plus one to use as a normal cube). For this purpose, they work very well.

The center caps are very deep and make the internal structure less noticeable. That being said, of the seven I got, the centers below the caps were either primary plastic (four of them) or normal cube colors (the remaining three).

The cubes with primary plastic had no factory lube. The colored centers had a thick, gummy lube. I think I would prefer they come un-lubed so I could use my own.

Overall turning is good, but not amazing. I have a couple better cubes for general use I'll continue to use and leave these up for display in the forceable goodness. The seventh cube will be around for others to play with.

Surprisingly Good

I was expecting this to be either unstable (too fast, like the MF3RS2) or hard to turn (too bumpy, like the MF3), but it was neither. The plastic has a sandblasted look, and so there are lots of pockets for air to cushion the pieces during turning. Corner cutting is great if you loosen the tensions a little bit. The only downside I've seen so far is the spring noise, which I've managed to decrease with the help of lube between the screws and the spring. The turning is so fast that I added some heavy lube on the tracks, which makes it more controllable. I considered just keeping it dry, and using tighter tensions, which is how it came out of the box, but it is a testament to a good cube that it works well with multiple setups. Overall great cube!

Ok

It was my first speed cube and I loved it at first but over time it got dirty way to easy and i dropped it once and one piece spit and the things that fit together so they don't fall apart got bent and made me upset and now the cube hardly turns after a few months, after the piece split it didn't break but now its trash, buy if you are looking for a budget cube bot DON'T buy if your looking for a new main!

UNDERVALUED

After quite some complex lubing, the cube can do as well as cubes that are around 20X its price. Some people may say it's the same as the MF3 (which, I'll admit, was less smooth), but no. Whether or not you lube it, it's better than the MF3. I literally got a sub-27 solve here and it just PROVES that this cube is very undervalued. Good luck to the Gans guys lol.

Awesome budget speed cube!

This was my first speed cube, and right from the start it was amazing. The cube was pre-lubed out of the box, and turned incredibly well. The tension was also perfect! The stickerless pieces had a matte finish that looked good and provided grip, too. Overall, this is definitely one of the best budget speed cubes out there!

Good Cube Overall...

This cube was one of my first speed cubes and worked well for me at the time. I have had it for about a month and by now the stock lube has worn off. While I still do recommend the cube, make sure you keep it lubed so it stays in tip-top shape.

Good first speed cube

Very tight out of the box. I didn't bother setting it up though, and after a few weeks i was getting so much spring noise it hurt my ears, so I set it up and it preformed like a gummy and crunchy thunderclap. I would recommend for sub 60 to 30. It also has a popping and corner twisting problem.

Good starter cube

This cube is fast and reacts great to lubicle silk, but in my opinion it's better to spend the extra dollar and just get the mf3rs
