QiYi Sail 3x3

Out of the box the cube comes very tight. The corner cutting is pretty bad for a modern cube even after loosening the tensions so that's flimsy. On the bright side the stickers are very high quality and the cube seems very sturdy. But there is essentially no reason to get this cube instead of its successor the Sail W (same price here) or well-known quality budget cubes like the Warrior W or YuXin Little Magic.

Turns great out of the box, a little spring noise....corner cut on par for budget cube...over all nice feel. It's no little magic, but still highly recommend for new cubers!!

Recently bought a few of these to start some mods (First time modding) And they turned out pretty well. The cubes were very easy to work with, and their simple mechanism makes it really easy to work around. I never had to worry about cutting a bit too deep, or breaking the pieces while cutting. Overall would recommend for modding due to cheap price and easiness to work with.

I bought 5 of these. 1 is lost at school (not so bad because of the great price!), 1 is going to be modded soon, 1 has an edge cut off, and the last 2 are Siamese cubes. This cube is a great cube to mod, and at the cheap price of only $4, you can make many mods and screw-ups won't be so bad either. I love this cube, so pick it up NOW and mod away!

I ordered this and after tensioning and lubing it was pretty good. I mean not SUPER good but still I can get my normal times on it. Overall, it's a great budget cube for any cuber.

I lubed mine with weight 3 on the core, traxxas on the feet and speedy on the pieces and it's pretty spanking good, i could get my normal times with this cube. It has a loud and clanky feel, it's smooth and bumpy, overall a bargain for 4 dollars

Listen here, this is, hands down, the best modding cube. Yes it has kinda annoying caps, but with a little superglue, that’s fixed. The mechanism is tiny, so you can cut really far, like mastermorphix or anti prism far. It turns great too, and is rather easy to assemble compared to others I’ve used. And, if you fail, it’s 4 bucks, so who cares? Give it a go. It’s not bad for speedcubing either. I’ve gotten 35 second solves (beginners method with f2l). Corner cutting isn’t what I call amazing (45 forward, 20-30 backward) but it’s workable. It’s fast if set up, not exceptional, but it’s still good. I just like how it feels even with extensions and cuts, it doesn’t change that much. I love it so much, I’m ordering a few tonight, as a matter of fact. If that doesn’t convince you to spend 4 bucks, I don’t know what will. You won’t regret it.
