QiYi WuShuang 5x5

its good enough but you have to break it in and add lube sparingly

This cube out of the box is stiff, but with only a few days of solving and I am amazed at the quality, speed, and abilities of this cube. 5 stars until I realized one thing. The plastic is a little brittle, and my corner broke. A little super glue fixed it, but it's a little too stiff and brittle so I gave it 4 stars. I would give 4.5 if I could

If it was magnetic this would be my favorite 5x5

trash ootb but with some set up it's alright. corner cutting is ok but if more than one layer is misaligned turning is a lost cause definitely good for a learner of 5x5

Definitely my best 5x5 I own, the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that In order for the cube to achieve maximum corner cutting ability, you have to loosen it up to where it locks up easily. It was so tight out of the box that it could barely cut past a cubey. I feel like a magnetic version of the puzzle would fix the locking up issue. But I don't have a magnetic set for a 5x5 and they magnetic veriant is discontinued. Over all good cube though

Out of the box, this cube was way to tight, so I loosened it to about 180 on each side, but noticed some piece separation. After a lot of messing around with tensions, the outer layers feel really good, but the inner layers need Jesus. Or Dnm-37.

I don't have much background knowledge on 5x5. I average about 3-4 minutes so not very fast. When I received this puzzle, I was hoping for it to be much better than my old shengshou and it was!

this cube exceded my expectations and I completely love it. I have not had to set it up yet and it performs just how I like it. The wushuang has a very nice plush and smooth feeling with a tiny drop of silk on the pieces. I TOTALLY recommend this to anyone looking to get into 5x5. If you are on a bit of a tight budget the Yuxin 5x5 is the next option.

The QiYi Wushuang 5x5 was my first 5x5 and I average 4:15, so don't look at me for speedsolving. The Wushuang was swishy, a bit sandy, and fast out of the box, but I put Weight 4 on the hardware and Lubicle on the pieces because I had some extra. This setup, along with a bit of breaking in, kept the swishy feeling, but made it a bit faster and also gave the cube a buttery-smooth feeling, which I really enjoy. This 5x5 can corner cut 45°! That's WAY above what ANY other 5x5 on the market can do. The Wushuang is also a bit smaller and the outer layers are smaller than the inner layers, which makes 3x3 stage a bit easier. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Wushuang to ANYONE looking for a new 5x5.

Ok ok first if this cube is a beast but it didn't start like that. Out of the box this cube was sandy and felt like their snow leopard 5x5 and feels like it needs lube so I did a solve and then lubed it on all layers it was still sandy but I broke it in and it was awesome it can even cut 45 degrees! This is a great cube but you should definitely lube it it's definitely better than the yuxin shengshou etc.

Ok so first off, this cube is absolutely fantastic. Amazing corner cutting and just the right amount of controllability to balance out the speed. I did have to add some Silk to the cube and then 2 drops of DNM-37 and the cube was perfect. Overall, I recommend this cube to anyone that is getting into 5x5 (this was my first 5x5)or is already amazing at 5x5. Just and some silk and dnm and you literally have a gift from heaven.
