Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Not What I Expected

This cube, unlike its description, was not the fast feeling I was hoping for. Rather, it is actually slow and pops a bit but as a complete beginner to 6 by 6, who am I to judge? Anyways, the "beginner, slow turning" minimizes popping although when I get to last layer and start spamming TPS, chunks of the cube start popping and lock up terribly but I guess that's for all 6+ cubes. However, I don't know if the slow feeling is from lack of breaking in but as of now, it's still not the feeling I was hoping.

Great cube after break in

The cube out of the box is very sluggish and not very luby at all. After around 100 solves the cube really began to break in and speed up, and it is now my current main. I’d say that most people have a negative view of this cube is because they probably have not broken in it yet, so to unleash the cubes full potential, break it in.

Not worth the extra money

While I have yet to test the mgc with my preferred lube job, I can say I did not appreciate this lube job. It felt very slow, and it was tough to turn quickly when I could not do any quarter flicks. If you have any experience with lubing cubes, I suggest getting the base version and lubing it yourself. The only reason why I got this was because the base version was sold out, and I had extra money to spend.

Good, disciplined turning required

This cube turns great, though middle layer is a little tough. It does pop often, but it has helped me get more disciplined in my turning which is good. That said, probably not a competition cube, a little risky, but feels amazing otherwise!

Ok

The base cube is the best 6x6 by far. I think that the pro shop version is WAY to overlubed. The very middle layer is just so sluggish. I would recomend just getting the stock one

very good

the lube broke in fast in like 180 solves and over all is a smooth and fast cube

Eh

It’s not that the cube was bad—it’s an amazing cube. It’s just that it was so overlubed that even over 200 solves later I can’t get through one solve without my hands hurting. I’ve lost all motivation to practice 6x6 because of this. Get the stock version.
