1. All Cubicle Custom cubes are covered under the Cubicle Premium Warranty.
2. We will do our best to meet all specifications you request. By purchasing a Cubicle Custom product, you understand that if we cannot fulfill a particular request, we will use our best discretion to get as close as possible. If this occurs, we will provide an explanation on the specification slip.
3. Please allow 8-10 business days for fulfillment of Cubicle Custom orders.
4. All items within an order ship at the same time. If there are other non-Custom items in your cart you would like to be shipped sooner, you must order them separately.
5. We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests of orders containing Cubicle Custom items will be granted. If you would like to cancel your order, you should contact us as soon as possible.
