Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

The best cube for. . .

Throwing at a wall, puting in a blender, droping off a cliff, solving underwater. AMAZING

Great for the price!

I got this cube as a free bonus $3 mystery puzzle with an order, and for such a low price, it is a great cube. Even though it is a budget cube, it's still a big step up in quality from a rubik's brand cube. It is light, adjustable, turns easily, and can corner cut about 30 degrees. It would make a good beginner cube for someone on a tight budget who wants to try out speed cubing and see if it's for them, or it can be a nice addition to a growing cube collection if you get it as a mystery puzzle.

Exceeds expectations for cost.

For a $4 puzzle, the QiYi Sail W does all that you should expect and more. It has a fun "clicky" feel that I've missed since my MoYu Weilong from 2015 and has a performance that rivals the RS3M. In fact, I actually prefer the Sail W. I've spent some time breaking in the puzzle and I've gathered a few pros and cons:

Pros:
-This puzzle is fast out of the box. I haven't messed with tensions as I was very satisfied with the feel of the cube almost immediately. I used a small amount of Cubicle Silk in mine and it has still retained its speed.

-The stickers are vibrant and easily discernable. The darker blue threw me off for a little bit, but I got used to it quick enough. I've done a couple hundred solves on this puzzle and haven't had any issues with the stickers peeling.

-The overall quality of the puzzle is great. The feel isn't luxurious, but it certainly does not come off as poor or flimsy.

Cons:
-The puzzle is not magnetic. This is not to say that magnets are expected in a puzzle this cheap. However, it's hard to ignore when other cubes have the feature at a slightly higher price point.

-The puzzle is loud. I wouldn't entirely consider this a con as I do enjoy the feeling of louder cubes. The springs were a bit noisy early on, but some Silk fixed that.

Final Impressions: Should this be your first speed cube? It could, but I think there are better options. Realistically thinking, this puzzle is not going to have the same longevity of quality and performance of a cube such as the RS3M. Additionally the Sail W's lack of magnets immediately puts it a few steps behind all of it's competitors, which is why I wouldn't recommend this from a competitive standpoint. All this being said, I do strongly believe that there are a few examples where the Sail may be perfect for you:

1. This cube is really cheap, making it a great cube for when you are out and about for hikes, trips, etc.

2. It is easy to justify spending a few extra dollars on your main puzzle, but sometimes putting much money into a competition warmup cube is a bit much. The Sail W is a great option because it's speed is comparable to many flagships. It's also far less painful to spend $4 dollars on a warmup puzzle than another $20+.

3. Everyone get's bored of solving the same 3x3 over and over eventually. If you are looking to diversify your collection on a budget, the Sail offers a unique feeling that makes casual solves more enjoyable.

4. Over time, many cubers will have friends/ family that will gain interest in puzzles and want to take a step towards speed solving. This puzzle makes for an easy gift.

Great puzzle, great price, definitely worth the buy.

Oh dear...

This is not a good cube. It is stable with zero corner twisting but a block of wood is stable and I wouldn't speedcube that. The plastic feels cheap and the corner cutting is pretty bad, even after loosening. Worse still are the stickers as it seems that Qiyi couldn't decide between gloss and satin finish, so used both. Gloss on red, blue, white and green and satin on orange and yellow. I got this cube for free from another shop and I paid too much...

Um.......................

This was my first speed cube. It turned great, but after getting the rs3m 2020, this is not very good.

Puzzle Review #1: QIYi Sail W

I got this puzzle from school and after setting it up, heres what I have to say.

Out of the box, my puzzle was very tight and slow. After getting the tensions right and lubing it up, its a decent cube. If you can't tell by the cheap price, this is a budget cube. Just because a cube is budget doesn't mean it's bad, I mean the Little Magic is one of the most revered puzzles of all time, but this cube seems more like a "basic" budget cube. It's performance is okay, but the corner cutting isn't much to look at. I have a list of the cubes pros and cons listed below

Pros:
Quiet and Smooth
Feels good to turn

Cons:
Corner Cutting isn't good

Overall, if you have this puzzle and its your first, then it does the job. It's not the best but for the price it does what it needs to do.

Super Nice First Speedcube!

I got this cube for Christmas, my only previous 3x3 being a Rubik's brand. So this cube was a vast improvement over that. I got a new PR on one of my first solves. It is still my main, although I have an RS3 M 2020 coming soon. But still, for 4 dollars, this is a great cube! Speed is high even without lube, and corner cutting, not so much. MAYBE 20 degrees forward and reverse is more like 10 degrees. Still, a great cube for beginner solvers!

Amazing for price!

Bought a cube for $12, it’s tile but nothing in comparison to this with just a little lube. Even without lube, it would still remain my main!

Not bad

For it's price it is actually pretty good, it locks up sometimes but otherwise it is really good for beginners and intermediate cubers
