Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

This is my first magnetic pyraminx and it turns quite nicely. Since it seemed a bit uneven on tensions and there was some spring noise, I lubed the core with weight 5, the tracks with Qiyi M-lube, and retensioned the cube. Also, I added in some extra magnets in the tips since the magnet strength was weak. After setup and tensioning this cube turns great and I love it! For beginners looking to get into pyraminx, its either this YJ Yulong Pyraminx V2M or the Qiyi MS Pyraminx. I can't give much feedback on the Qiyi pyraminx (reviews say it's geared towards those with fast and light turning styles), but you really can't go wrong with this one!
My kid likes it.
the way that the pyraminx moves is very smooth and you usually won't make any mistakes while using it
Its turning was soooo smooth, it felt like it glided as it turned. I was very impressed with this Pyraminx and very happy with my purchase. It went way beyond my expectations. I think the colors are very pleasant and compliment each other well.
The magnets took some time to get used to but amazing quality puzzle. Would recommend for a beginner.
The Pyraminx is quite an easy puzzle to solve but also fun. It is one of my favourite twisty puzzles to solve. Ootb, the puzzle was sluggish, and I didn’t expect it to be giant. The magnets really helped the turning of this puzzle, and they could be felt. Interestingly, as I was turning the layers. I saw some grooves. I assume these grooves helped the turning and they did. The shades are ordinary, nothing special (it isn’t a cube, so there are two colours not seen unlike the cubes). That isn’t a problem at all. Overall, I have had an amazing experience so far with this puzzle. I would recommend to advanced cubers as well as beginners. Hope this review helped.
For some perspective, I use a Bell V1 primarily. I think the biggest advantage over the X-Man Bell is its weight, as this YJ feels fairly light. However, the magnets do feel a little weak for my liking, particularly in the tips. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like there's an easy way to switch magnets in the tips. That being said, in comparison to the Bell, the tips are a much better build quality. A better clip mechanism allows the tips to stay together much better, and it doesn't break easily. Overall, I would highly recommend to everyone
This cube is awesome!
I got my pb (3.45) with it and would highly recommend it to cumbersome of all levels
This cube cost $8.00 and it’s magnetic. You could feel the bumps when turning and just a smooth cube overall. Really great for its price and would recommend for beginners and intermediate solvers.
this cube had a soft feeling out of the box. the medium magnets were very nice. i lubed it and it started to become faster and smoother. i hold my pb single and average on this cube. new main over the bell!
