Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

It was loose out of the box, and kind of dry, but with tightening and set up it is my new backup main over my GTS3m. My gan 356 m is the only thing keeping the yuxin little magic from being my main. (Also the cubicle lite magnets work great)
If you're just getting into speedcubing, this is the cube for you. This cube can corner-cut 45 degrees, turn decently quick, is extremely stable, and is very controllable. My pb with the cube is thirteen seconds which means that a beginner can get very fast with this cube and won't have to worry about getting a nicer one for a long time. Currently, I main the GAN 356x and I honestly wouldn't mind being forced to use this cube as my main. Two things to know though before you buy it. First, the cube doesn't have magnets inside. For a beginner, this shouldn't be an issue because beginners should focus on improving their skills as a cuber. Second, the plastic on the stickerless version feels cheap, but that's expected being only five dollars.
Hands down my favorite 3x3s ever. It's so light and smooth out of the box. Turns effortlessly and corner cutting is plentiful. Feels slightly dry and scratchy, very fast. I have hand magnetized multiple versions and main the pro shop setups.
If I was stranded on an island with a single non magnetic 3x3 it'd be a ylm for sure. The stickers fade extremely quickly which will bother some but I like the look; I hae also applied cubicle ylm sticker sets to a few of mine to give theme a facelift. Both black and stickerless feel great. One I got was extremely loos and needed tensioning but then it was fantastic. These respond to lube well.
Worth $5 no doubt.
This cube is a really good option for anyone on a budget or wanting a starter 3x3 cube. It was a bit too loose out of the box, but it turns really nicely when set up, tightened a little and lubed.
This cube is an amazing cube that everyone loves. The cube is amazing in turning + corner cutting. Over all, this cube is the best budget cub ever! Its price is worth it. If you do not buy this cube now, just know there is a 99.99% chance you will se this cube on your shelf in the future. Everyone will need this cube in their collection. I would definitely recommend this for all level cubers!
For the price, it's very difficult to touch this cube. It performs like a much more expensive cube, and there are multiple reasons why.
The design is VERY high quality. The corners and edges fit together in a way where they are very stable and well put together, but there is plenty of room between the edges and corners. The shades of the stickerless variant are also very nice and easily recognizable.
The design causes this cube to be very light. It has an airy smooth feel and I find it to be one of the most satisfying cubes to turn.
The performance is rock solid. When properly tensioned, it easily cuts 45° and reverses almost line-to-line. Lock ups are rare, and the cube moves pretty fluidly. Even when you tension it tightly, it moves fluidly, and even with a very loose tension, it feels controllable. This cube also has the potential to get very fast, faster than I can control.
Overall, I cannot recommend this 3x3 enough. If you're looking for a dirt-cheap cube, nothing even touches this. I hope this review was helpful :)
When I first got this cube, I was blown away by it's performance. It was really fast, corner cutting was comparable to flagships, and the shades were pretty nice. The plastic felt kind of cheap when turning, but I kind of liked that. The turning feels blocky and crispy, and I get close to average times on this cube. A few problems are that it is pretty unstable, so magnets would probably help a lot. It is fairly difficult to magnetize though, and I ended up failing in the end. Another problem is that it might be too fast and uncontrollable for some people. I have a fairly light turning style though, so it wasn't really a problem for me. OOTB, it's quite dry, and it could be a problem for beginners who don't know how to set up cubes or don't have any lube. All in all, this cube is really amazing, especially for just 5 bucks. I would definitely recommend this cube for people that are just starting out, or if you want a decent non-magnetic cube. However, I do think that now, there are better options for slightly more money, such as the RS3M 2020, the Meilong m, and the Qiyi MS, which are magnetic, but you can't really complain, as this cube came out nearly 2 years ago. Great job Yuxin!
This cube sucks when unmagnetized, it is way too fast. When it is magnetized, it feels like a springier version of the qiyi ms that was made with cheaper plastic. It’s also difficult to magnetize because there is a lot of stuff going on inside the pieces. If you want to buy a cube to magnetize, I would recommend a meilong 3c, as there is a lot more room in the pieces to do it. If you want a good cube that is cheap and magnetic, then get the ms, meilong m, or wait for the mf3rs3m2020 to come out. If you want a good non magnetic budget cube, you won’t find one. In summary, this is a overrated cube that no longer has a place in today’s market.
Ootb very fast and sandy, which is good. It is a bit unstable but I put it on loose tensions so that is probably why. Corner cutting is amazing, past 50, as good as flagships. If I haven't made it clear, BUY IT WHILE YOU STILL CAN
this is the first actual speed cube that i have bought and it is a major improvement from what i had before. it moves incredibly smoothly and with little effort. i just wish i got it sooner.
