The X-Man Design Spark 7x7 M is a magnetic 7x7 designed specifically for speed solving. It features a smaller, lighter design with a medium to strong magnetic feel. These features make the Spark exceptionally stable, reliable, and easy to turn.
Max Park used this puzzle to set the 1:40.89 single and 1:46.57 average 7x7 world records in August 2019 and January 2020 respectively.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

Spark Magnetic is smooth and fast. One of the best 7x7, may be the best. Recommend.
Super smooth. Corner cuts so very well. The shades are amazing. Main.
Before the spark, I was using the YLM 7x7 m as my main, and averaging around 4:20 (nice) with a rare sub 4 now and again. However, after getting the spark and setting up with DNM, Qiyi lube, W5, and GAN magic lube, the first solve I did was a 3:35.34, which was a PB. I am hoping later in the future, I will be using this cube to become top 100 in the world. Pretty optimistic, but I believe in myself!
Wish me luck!
I have had the Spark M for a year now, and the cube has remained fast yet stable. While mine arrived with a loose magnet in a corner, the overall performance is unaffected. With that said, however, you should have DNM-37; silicone-based lubes will eventually slow down a Spark, and its speed can most easily be restored with several drops of DNM-37 (water-based lube). Once you find a tension that is stable enough to still allow speed, you will love this cube.
Unboxing the cube it was hard to turn and slow, I definitely knew that no one could out of the box main it, not even Rowe. I lubed it and broke it in, it got so smooth with the lube inside being thin. This is now my main and I do not regret it, my turn style, this cube can definitely fit. I can say that I have now joined the big cube crew, and that is the end of my rhyming review.
This is a great cube but after about a month one of the centre pieces popped and it snapped while I was trying to remove it. I then bought another one, this time the pro shop version (I live in the UK so not cheap when you add postage). Again after about a month the same piece popped but this time stayed intact. I don't want to take the cube apart but I don't know how to get the piece back in! So I now have two useless spark 7x7's. I won't be getting another one. So unless your confident in taking a 7x7 apart and rebuilding I wouldn't recommend.
I'm a huge 6x6 solver, never really got into 7x7 due to my medium-large hands not being able to comfortably use them for long sessions. The spark is smaller than older 6x6's and it feels incredible, like others say it feels like it could pop if you're not careful (i'm on looser tensions) but that hasn't happened yet.
It's a decent 7x7. However, it came way too tight out of the box. I could barely loosen the settings, like it was tightened by the strongest person in the world. I also gave this cube a chance, but couldn't get as good times as my MoYu Aofu. I was severely disappointed based on J Perm's praise of the cube. Think I'll stick with my MoYu.
As the title suggests, I think that this cube is great, but it does pop/lockup/explode occasionally. This is why I said that you need to be careful with it, as corner cutting above 10 degrees will make the cube explode/lockup. Overall I give it a 4/5.
This 7x7 is better than any other 7x7 I have tried. Get this now!!!
