Product Description

The Cubicle Custom TengYun V2 M is an exciting new magnetic 3x3 speed cube from classic manufacturer DaYan. This puzzle has three magnetic settings that you can adjust by rotating a plate, as well as adjustable elasticities and tensions. The Cubicle Custom TengYun V2 M is lubed according to your specifications, and comes equipped with your desired magnet strength, elasticity, and tension.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Sounds dry but is the opposite

OOTB this cube sounds so dry but it is basically the opposite of dry it feels lubed and feels very good. I really like it. (P.S. DO NOT GET THIS CUBE IN THE ELASTICITY OF 0 OR 0.5. IT IS SOOOOOOO LOOSE).

New main, but kinda loose

I got this with Standard magnet strength, because I prefer magnets that aren't too strong, but still noticeable. I also got the tensions on 0.8, but I recommend 0.6 because it pops so much. Also I prefer Lubicle Black in the core, as it's a long-lasting heavy lube that feels good. For the pieces, I'd recommend Light/Medium lubes that are smooth and long lasting, so I chose DNM-37, Silicone Light, and Dignitas, but overall, this would be a good cube without any setting up!

Impressive quality and performance

(Mystic setup) OOTB, pretty slow and gummy, but after a few solves, it transforms into an incredibly buttery and smooth cube, and it refuses to lock up or deform.

The cube is indeed quieter than i expected, although you could hear a few of the springs on some faces, so i dropped a little mystic under the screw area and she’s nearly silent.

Very controllable, very adjustable, and quiet. Love it, thank you cubicle 😍

Great intermediate/beginning pro cube.

The cube out of the box is greasy and a little gummy, but after a few solves smooths out and gets mostly quiet. The only issue is for people who like tight cubes, as this cube at it's tightest still isn't very tight and pieces can still pop. But other than that I would highly recommend it.

Wow

I got this cube as an early birthday present and as soon as I turned it I was sure it was going to be my new main! Until now I had been using the Gan 354 M, not even the newest one and it served its purpose but this cube blew it out of the park. I recommend having the pieces and core lubed with Cubicle silk. The cube is controllable and smooth (which is nice for my turning style). Overall, this is one of the best cubes I have tried in a while!

I personally love the tengyun v2 it was a competitor for my main with the gan 11 the moyu wrm maglev and the tornado v2 then I got this and it takes the cake I love this cube so much
