Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

A Bittersweet Addiction

At first, my cube was tough to maneuver. I had also noticed a rattling sound. I added lube and was able to sort of get a scramble but it still was not what I expected for the price.
I contacted the Cubicle's help center for advice about the cube...
In the end, I exchanged the cube. (I suspect that I got the same cube back. LOL) I was told that mine was reshelved, I hope after being inspected, then the cube was placed into my exchange shipment.
Still rattling, I decided to try again. It exploded, see my Instagram pix @NancyBeth75.
As I put it back together, I found these small, unnecessary, pieces. I suspect they're something used while being put together in the factory.
The puzzle has been a bittersweet labor of love. Knowing the ins and outs of this puzzle has been educational. I can scramble and solve it with confidence.
My advice, if it rattles, it might be difficult to move. Keep it lubed, don't force it.
It's not a speed cube, it's certainly a collector's cube. I love it and I recommend it. Ps. I eyeball solve this cube and others like this. Pretty much I don't use algorithms.

Misalignment

I was very disappointed with this cubes. Both of them have a problem in the turning. The first rotation feel smooth and nice. But when you start to jumble it, you can notice some alignments errors (2-3mm). This induce a lot a tension in the cube after few moves and also making it very hard to turn. Also, the little piece in the middle of the faces can split in two part (assembly) when you try to turn it in some configurations. I would recommend this cube only if you want it in your collection ... If not, I don't think you will have fun solving it due to the very bad turning.
