Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Kinda broke

When I was solving for only the first time the clicking mechanism broke for one of the sides. But other than that it's really good!

Basically a face turning pyramid puzzle

While the 2x2 rubiks cube is a face turning cube, this pyramid puzzle is the analog to that: a face turning pyramid puzzle! This puzzle isn't meant for speed solving, otherwise some of the black pieces inside will fall out. Only one fell out of mine because I mishandled it, but I was able to snap it into place. I've had it for like a month now, it's an awesome simple puzzle

Simple once you figure it out

The puzzle can turn quite rough depending on how you hold it, which is the only real drawback.

As far as the actual puzzle itself, this is basically like a Dino Cube except it's a pyramid, and I happen to have a Dino Cube so I was able to sort of make the connection. The instructions in the book were a bit difficult to follow, mostly because the instruction manual labels the corners as if you had a corner facing you instead of a face. I eventually figured out a different and honestly much simpler way to solve the puzzle: Solve any one face first, then put that face on the bottom. Then turn the top corner so you have 2 edge pieces that need to be flipped. After that you hold the puzzle so the face with three different colors is facing you, then do a left hand algorithm (L R' L' R) and you'll be one turn away from solved.
