The MAX MGC 5x5 is one of our premium versions of the popular MGC 5x5. This puzzle features a moderately strong magnetic feel that is very similar to most flagship 5x5’s on the market. This puzzle is lubed with a balanced mixture of MAX Command, MAX Fleet, and DNM-37. This combination provides a fast, smooth, and controllable feel.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

This is a huge upgrade from my Yuxin cloud. It is an amazing 5x5. The turning is super smooth and fast yet controllable. The Max Lube makes this 5x5 the best!
I speedcubed for 3 years and took a break for 5, and I recently got back into it and i seemed to have lost my 5x5. I didn't have the time to set up one from scratch, so getting a pre-setup one was the move for me, and this was amazing. It was my first magnetic cube, and the MAX lube is great. It got really really flimsy and loose after ~40 solves, but tightening the screws a little fixed that. Great 5x5, but would only recommend the MAX version if u really enjoy 5x5 and u do fast turns and finger tricks, otherwise save 5 bucks and get the cubicle premium.
I like it nice magnet control and very smooth. No lock ups. In my opinion it’s the best 5x5 out there
When I first bought it, It was kind of bad. I had to loosen it and do about 50 solves to break in. After that, it was perfect. It was so smooth, fast, and quiet. Buy this cube if you like very fast and smooth cubes. The picture is a PB2
This cube was terrible out of the box. So bad that I thought of returning it. But I loosened it and did some solves. After about 50 solves this cube was perfect. It is so fast, the perfect speed, no lock ups, smooth, and quiet. I dropped my avg from 1:32 to 1:27. Buy this cube if you like very fast and smooth cubes.
This cube is great, it is smooth, controllable and fun to turn, but it is slow compared to other speed cubes, didn't expect that from a cube from the MAX line, as it is supposed to be quicker and easier to turn, but nonetheless I recommend it for sure for beginners at 5x5.
