Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

I really like this cube. It is one of the more challenging DIY puzzles to assemble.

The corner pieces have a unique mechanism - unlike other 3-piece corners (DaYan Zhanchi, Moyu Weilong, etc), the locking tabs are not at the same angle. If you've put two pieces of a corner together, the third is difficult to line up because of the angle(s) in the tabs; the third piece doesn't go 'straight' in.

On the flip side, once you have a corner together, they self-tighten, and won't come apart easily, which makes the cubie part of the corner pieces very solid.

I would recommend using liquid model cement to glue/weld the three lobes in the corner piece's stems together. The stems are very thin, and they don't stay together on their own. The glue keeps them together, smoothing the cube out and strengthening the corner pieces.

I didn't have problems with the plastic being 'brittle', and mine turns fast with a lightly bumpy/crispy feel. It also has a very satisfying sound and provides a nice level of tactile feedback.

This puzzle feels very cheap. When assembling, I had a very hard time putting the pieces together and I fear that turning it too fast will break it because it just feels as if that will happen. The stickers are thin and they are tinted by the plastic color. Cyoubx designed this and I wish that Maru had taken more time to make a better puzzle.
