This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces.
This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts
which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by
corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

This FTO has been long awaited by FTO enthusiasts for many many months. The diansheng was okay, but it just popped way too much, causing many sessions to be filled with and end in despair. This dayan FTO completely fixes that issue, with a puzzle that is literally impossible to pop. The feeling is a bit heavier and a bit more stable than the diansheng, and doesn't work as well with lube, but it makes up for it in terms of how well it performs. its corner cutting is a lot better than the diansheng, and the ball core makes for a more smooth turning experience. I think the size is a bit too big, perhaps 2-3 mm smaller would be perfect. but it is such a joy to solve on. I have done well over 2,500 solves at this point, and not only has it not come close to ever popping, but i have been able to break so many pbs with it, including a 11.26 WB3 single (at the time), 14.10 ao5, 15.12 ao12, and 16.74 ao100. all top 3 or 4 in the world! I have also gotten 2 more sub 12s since the pb single, and i just can solve on this all day long. i cant wait to see more top performing FTOs. if you are serious at all about FTO, please do not hesitate to get this.
I got this cube and was averaging sub-2:00 within 2 days of having even learned to solve it. Great puzzle!
I got this FTO, mainly to try and get a podium for Bellingham Fall 2024, and it's fantastic. It turns fast but sometimes locks up if you're not careful. Other than lockups, this is a grand entry into FTO, and this would be recommended above all else.
Very giid, but there's spring noise and the magnets could Be smaller
There are already so many positives about this cube so I won't write them down.
Some flaws about this cube is that it is a bit big for me (QiYi size is ideal), it does not go good with lube, loose tensions come with too many lockups and some corner twists, and the cube is just slow. One factor that makes the cube slow is that the magnet layout makes the magnets attract halfway through a turn, to fix this I've came up a solution by changing the magnet layout without making the cube flimsy: to flip one of the triangle to edge magnets and flipping the corresponding edge magnets, making it repel at halfway like the MGC Repulsive.
Overall though, the other FTOs in the market pales in comparison to the DaYan but there could still be improvements in further FTO hardware and I hope that other companys start mass producing FTOs.
I recently got this cube and have been enjoying the soft and airy turning of this cube. It has been so fun to learn to solve and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to learn this puzzle. 10/10 recommend
This fto is slightly bigger then the diansheng but you get used to it after 100solves!
It really turns SO good. Its like the gan of fto.. love it! It didnt popped ONCE.(not like the diansheng haha)
I have the DianSheng's one and this one, I love DianSheng but this FTO is far away ahead of their FTO.
love it way better then the Dianshan
