Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

The core sucks

This cube is amazing. It corner cuts well it is fast and everything but the core uses bad plastic so it can break easily and it is kinda hard to set up mine broke and it was my main and I wasn't harsh on it

I recently received my Gans III v1, stickerless, and have been playing with it for about five days.
I love the shades of the colors, the contrast is very noticeable.
Turning one side alone, you'll find that the cube feels quite smooth. This does not hold true as you scramble and solve the cube, as it becomes crisp and fairly loud. It feels "snappy" at this point, although the speed does not suffer from this.
The cube is very light and airy due to the hollow edges and corners, the latter of which not only have large holes between pieces, but IN the pieces themselves; the feeling is also because of the unique core which is thin and spindly, but in no way fragile.
The corner cutting is about line to line, reverse cutting a surprising near 3/4 cubie.
There are no pops or lockups on my cube personally, though it feels a bit loose.
The only issue I had with this purchase was with the purchase itself, not the cube, as it did not come with a tensioning tool.
The cube itself is very good, and well worth the price; it also comes with a pamphlet that shows not only a beginner's solving method, but every F2L, OLL, and PLL case and assembly tips.
Highly recommend this puzzle.

A very good but not perfect cube. It has the size of a Dayan Ling Yun, which means it is a little smaller than the Zhanchi or Guhong. It is smooth, maybe a little too loose. It has great cornercutting, but pops from time to time, when it gets a little rough. Every now and then it also locks. Nothing too serious, but as I mentioned before: not perfect.
