Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Sluggish as all heck.

This is the second premium 5x5 I bought from the Cubicle. The first was an Angstrom Wushuang, I believe. I tried everything on that cube, did I did 500 solves on it and it feels the exact same as arrival. Nothing helped, lubing, tensioning, and it's THE SAME THING WITH THIS CUBE. IT'S SO SLUGGISH. You would think that after 75 or so solves it would feel at least somewhat better, BUT it doesn't AT ALL (maybe the slightest amount better, but not really). I already tried everything here too. I'm already 100 or so solves in, still no signs of any improvements. I get that Angstrom and Celeritas cubes feel sluggish out of the box, but I have Angstrom 2x2's to 4x4's, and they're all PERFECT, crisp, clean, silent turning, but the 5x5's OH MY GOD I'M LOSING MY MIND.

Slightly over lubed but clearly a great cube.

Just got this as a replacement for my MGC 5x5 (the center caps were defective, unfortunately). Now, normally I wouldn't go for a special lube option since I like to setup my own cubes but I saw that there was a sale going on the Celeratas version and I had been interested to try Celeratas for awhile now. When considering what I wanted to get to replace the MGC, I did also consider the Valk 5 but I decided to go with the Aochuang because I heard that the Valk's center caps could be a little temperamental. I also like Moyu's WR line; the Weilong WR M 2020 is my main 3x3 and the Aosu WRM 4x4 is my main 4x4. Its safe to say that the Aochuang has become my instant 5x5 main. The plastic feels like the Aosu and the Weilong and the cube is extremely durable and stable without sacrificing on speed. The magnets feel good on all layers and the cube itself feels very premium.

The only reason I give this cube a 4 out of 5 is because I am not very fond of the Celeratas setup. The cube did break in very quickly, and I could see how Celeratas would be good on certain types of cubes, but from experience, the proshop generally over lubes their cubes. This is to be expected, after all its safer for them to overlube then to underlube a premium setup. Due to the fact that this cube is a 5x5, dealing with too much lube is a bit painful. I did end up having to disassemble the cube to get rid of much of the extra Celeratas.
