Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Its Time has Come

Pun intended.

I used a LingAo for a while, and it was always super jammy and took a ton of effort to turn. I could regularly count on this puzzle to break off my longer fingernails from the effort it took to turn the dials. I averaged around 20 seconds. Recently I got the QiYi clock and got a PB on my first solve. I average 13 now.

This product has three and a half stars on these reviews- that might have made sense before, but now that we have choices, anything more than one star is too much.

Look at the SengSo if you're really strapped for cash or just looking for a starter clock; if you want to take the event seriously, get a QiYi.

Do not buy

This is horrible. I only have this type of clock at home, and this product is why I do not do clock. Clock as an event isn't bad, it's just this product that makes it bad imo. The pins either lock up or fall down, messing up my solve. The clocks on this product will sometimes rewind several hours, making my solve way longer than it has to be. Sadly, I don't have the time to set it up, and I don't want to buy magnets for something I will inevitably let sit in my cubing bag for months at a time. TL:DR, Buy the QiYi magnetic clock.

Horrible

I bought this because it looked fun. But when I opened it I was very angry. It turns horrible and when you turn it the spring gets caught and it will not move at all. I realy recommend a different one because this one is trash.

Not good. Dont buy

I wanted a rubik's clock since I first learned about it, and I decided to get this one. The turning was horrible out of the box, the pins lock up every time you make a turn when its not fully aligned, and it is really stiff. I tried modding it by lubing it (but since I was inexperienced with clock at the time) I broke the plastic shell. Honestly, if you are going to get a clock, please get the qiyi one it's expensive but it's the only actual good one.

You REALLY have to set it up if you want it to work well

I got this clock and already had a way to set it up, but I wanted to see if it was as bad OOTB as everyone was saying and HOLY COW it was so bad. However, now that I have magnetized it (the pins), scraped out excess plastic from the molding, and lubed it, it feels completely different from before. I got the magnets from Josh, who runs the Corner Cutter Podcast (he has a site, check it out), and he also has made 2 great videos that I followed to set up my clock. Only buy this if you are willing to set it up correctly.

its a very good idea not to buy this. Whenever a turn a clock and push the pin back down it just spring back to where it started before. I almost forgot to mention you have to use your whole body to turn the gears. If you try to take it apart it will probably break. btw you can't break it in bc its a CLOCK.

Very low quality, very stiff.

Out of the box, the clock is so stiff, you need to use brutal force to get it moving, especially for the pins. Some clocks on the other side move when you don't want them to. I ended up breaking mine after attempting to open the case. 0/10 Just buy a Rubiks Brand, they are much better.

Disqualified from comp

We had the opposite experience from most reviewers. I bought this clock for my son. At first it moved alright, not stiff at all. Once it was broken in, the pins were so loose that he wasn't allowed to use it in competition. After a failed attempt to magnetize it internally, we trashed it.
