Glow In The Dark

Glow In The Dark

This product has been discontinued indefinitely or we aren't sure when it will be back in stock.

Product Description

The YJ 2x2 is one of YongJun's earlier puzzle releases. Despite its older mechanism, it features solid turning right out of the box. It also glows green in the dark after it is exposed to light for some time.

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

YJ 2x2

I bought this having high hopes. I would say use this for collection purposes and not speedcubing.

Ok...

It isn't super good. Mine is very dry, and it can lock-up often. Corner cutting is not very good, but I did get sub-7 on this cube, so it isn't that bad. The glow in the dark is pretty cool.

very nice cube after you know the speed you have to go although its one of the older mechanism it is still qualified as a very go cube

Hit or Miss.

I bought two of these. One is excellent and the other falls a little bit behind. They both have excellent turning speed, and surprising corner cutting for a cube at this level. On one of them, the internal edges pop out of place, and it may take a few seconds to fix. It does happen every once in a while and it can be quite annoying. Sticker shades are nice, but I am replacing them anyway. I think that the glow in the dark feature is actually really cool. You can't see the stickers, but I don't think that that's what YJ was aiming for.

Overall, this is a great puzzle for a beginner. It teaches you the basics of internal popping (if you don't get a good one) and could be great for a first cube. The $6 price tag is a steal for what you're getting!

I love this cube

Once you find the speed it can handle it becomes very nice. The glow in the dark feature is very nice as well.

Terrible

this cube is terrible, the mechanism is awful it can't corner cut crap. It pops so easily and is so hard to get back together, do to the terrible mechanism. It's the worse mechanism I have ever seen. Plus it's not even glow in the dark, you can barley see a white outline of the cube. Even though it is six dollars it's not worth it not even to collect waste of money.
