I just knew I had to get this when I saw it in the "new arrivals" section. It's a little smaller than my YuXin Little Magic Sq-1 but quite a bit heavier, which I like. For a 3D-printed puzzle it feels pretty sturdy and the turning is really smooth out of the box with very few catches. In terms of solving, I enjoyed it more than the Sq-1, even though it took me a lot longer at first. If you can solve the Sq-1, you can solve the Hexagon-1 too. Great addition to any collection and a really fun puzzle to pick up and do a solve every now and then.

If you’re interested in things that are simply done right, then the V2 is for you. Good job, guys!

5 stars for including black pieces to swap a color of your choice alone. Banishing green from existence makes solving my cube a million times easier and I don't have to mess with RIT dye with this one that fades over time

The turning is smooth, though a tad on the noisy side (if that matters to you). I didn't apply lube so not sure if that would help. Definitely recommend! Hopefully more manufacturers will catch on to including extra pieces to make their puzzles more accessible.

I'm an owner of Ferrocore V1 and still like that cube a lot, but this one just blew me away! I very quickly realized that I'm a much bigger fan of stronger magnets and that the sheer magnet strength allowed me to loosen up the tension/elasticity to 3/2 down from 5/4 on the V1. And the result is fast turn speed + very controllable experience. This cube just glides.

I do agree with one other review that I liked the old logo better and I missed the additional blank white center cap that was included with V1. But those minor issues aside, this is indeed a perfect cube in my opinion ❤️ Big shoutout to the Cubicle team, you guys keep doing what you're doing.

I bought six of these to make force cubes, and they worked perfectly! They came apart easy and also put back together nicely. They’re also just a nice speed cube for a very affordable price!

I don’t know how to explain to you how good this cube is. I used the ferrocore v1 (based on the weilong v10) as my main before this cube, and I didn’t know how it could get better, I loved that cube. But this cube somehow is so good it makes the v1 feel flimsy and lame. It’s genuinely so so good. Solid, but not blocky, flexible but not uncontrollable. The magnet strength is great. The core magnets are great. I like using it at tension 3, compression 7. I find the higher compression gives this cube a satisfying bouncy feel.

I’d say don’t buy this cube if you have important things to do, cause you won’t be able to put it down.

This cube is spectacular. I've not been cubing for long, however I have accumulated a few more cubes than a person needs.. my favorite for a while was Gan 12, I like the speed. It's a solid cube. I got the Ferrocore and didn't like it because it was too... buttery? Idk. Too smooth maybe. I like the tactile feel. So I tried v11, fantastic cube. I love it. Shortly after, I see this masterpiece of a cube launch and now my bank account is slightly smaller.... however

Puzzle is very stable and comes pretty tight out of the box. I loosened the screws on mine like 135° which helps improve corner cutting and turning flow overall. Could probably use a little more loosening too, but I don't wanna go too far and risk corner twists/pops. The speed is really nice too, characteristic of the newer MGC 3x3s. Overall I think this is on par with or just barely below the Gan and Dayan depending on your turning style. If you like more stable/less flexible cubes this is probably the best option especially considering it's only $22 with plenty of features.

This is an extremely tricky cube that, even as of now, I haven't straightened out. The fact that opposite centers are the same creates a great deal of problems as does the unclear nature of which K, Q, and J goes where. These aren't design flaws, rather the qualities that make it a monster of a challenge.

I’ve only been cubing seriously for several months.. I wasn’t sure how I felt about the set up on this cube at first… but after many solves, it feels so comfortable and controlled. I’m not good enough to have a professional opinion, but I know what I like and I love this cube. Maybe be one day when I’m better and faster, I can appreciate this cube for what it has to offer and maybe call it my ‘main’!! Till then I plan to use it every day! Thank Cubehead and Cubicle for making an affordable and outstanding product!!

This cube was amazing pretty much from the get-go, all I really needed to do is wipe it down and do just a few solves and it just went. After only one day of solves on this thing I broke my pb ao5 and 12 by about 0.5 each, as well I doubled my previous best for sub 10’s in a day from 19 to over 40!
I would highly recommend this cube to anyone, and this cube specifically because the stronger corner-edge magnets really do make a HUGE difference in the performance of this masterpiece!

A good face turning icosahedron is one of the most sought after twisty puzzles out there. And this is it… The Icosaix was simple enough but very unstable and hard to find. The mf8 Radiolarian had extremely tedious tiny pieces and only turned in one direction. The Eitan’s Star turned really well but was far too tedious and time consuming. And they all cost over 90$. And this? It is relatively simple to solve, has no micro pieces, turns like a dream, is very fun to solve, and is VERY pretty. Want an icosahedron? You’ve gotta try this. You won’t regret it.

FZ Stealth has changed the game for the handful of cubes I've put it in. It made them feel smoother and even quieter than they were. Will definitely have to get more in the future.

I was a bit weary about purchasing a pre-lubed cube as I generally like my own settings, but I was very curious how the pros set their cubes up so I chose this cube to check it out… I was extremely pleased when I did first turns. A tiny bit less tension made it perfect for me. The matte plastic feels surprisingly good. After a few solves to distribute the lube throughout the cube, this cube performed flawlessly. Speaking of lube, I wrongly thought it would be over-lubed out of the box (not sure why I thought that - maybe because lubes in a lightly lubed cube wouldn’t last as long?). Anyways, it was lubed perfectly. As I am a light and pretty accurate turner, I like my cubes fast and loose and I appreciate the speed of this cube. I am not regretting this purchase at all. As a matter of fact. I will main this one. Highly recommended. Well done Cubehead! Happy cubing!

Haven't cubed in a few years at this point so I picked this one up after randomly coming across the Youtube video. Out of the box it was on the loosest elasticity/tension settings and it was very fast. I set the cube up with angstrom gravitas on the tracks, and dignitas/fz calm on the pieces. Not really sure how to lube the core on this as I'm unfamiliar with the design. I changed the settings to 4-4 as Phil said in the video that the best settings are towards the middle and you can change them to your preferences from there. I ended up with 6 on elasticity and kept the 4 tensioning.

After breaking in for some time I enjoy the cube a lot. It's much faster and lighter than my previous cubes so I have to turn lighter with it but it's fun to use.
