Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

It's good but it has its flaws

I bought this clock 2 weeks before my first competition in Waunakee Wisconsin, and when I first got it I was so excited! But if was missing a pin cap, and 2 of the other pin caps off. It was very stiff when I first got it and the clocks were hard to turn. It got better about a week later after a lot of lube went into it. For the pins, sometimes they got stuck on the clock gears and caused a minor lock up. But this just takes a little getting used to, and after you do, this clock is pretty OK!

This clock is VGJ (you must take it apart though)

This clock is 0.5 stars out of the box. But after taking it apart lubing it with silicone spray and all that good stuff, it is amazing. That's about how every clock is though. I average around 7 seconds on it. I'm honestly surprised on the amount of 1 star ratings.

When I used to use LingAo, sometimes the pin would be in the middle and I would accidentally spin or turn the corner clocks, resulting in many DNFs. This clock doesn't do that at all.

The only main issue with this clock is the numbers are printed off set. But I customized mine by drawing on the back of the papers so I personally don't have that problem.

Horrible, Don't Buy!

They were cracked out of the box and overall looked crappy. I couldn't even turn it without apply a lot of Maru. After a few solves the pins started braking and moving around while I solved, which messed me up a lot. After some tinkering, it became OK, but you still shouldn't buy it.
The Rubik's brand clock is supposed to be better, so you should buy that if you're looking for a clock

Poorly made and just bad

I've actually gotten 3 of these clocks, two for friends and one to replace a defective one I got. To clarify, I've tried putting some weight 1 and Z-Lube on the corner gears which wasn't very effective (I'm not all that knowledgeable about lubing, but I lubed my LingAo in a similar way, so I can't be completely crazy) and other than that, I haven't gone any further with trying to lube it, so I can't provide a perfect perspective. However, as I will explain, I think I can still provide a pretty accurate review. This clock is terrible. It's very stiff out of the box, and even the people that have lubed it tell me that the pins fall too easily, making it hard to use, and on top of that, there's issues that aren't fixable with lubing. It's just poorly made. One of the clocks I received had a corner clock that pointed to a different time on each side. To be fair, I think that one was an outlier. However, one of the clocks had a center clock that points nearly halfway in between 12 and 1, and the other remaining clock had a similar issue, and that problem isn't an outlier. Another problem (this one has to do with design) is that while other clocks have a yellow dot that signifies "12" on the inserts, this clock has the same size yellow dot at every time, and this makes it more difficult to tell where 12 is. Some people may think that's pretty petty, but it's a good example of how there is nothing special about this clock. Overall, it just sucks. Unfortunately, it's the only one in production, so there's no easily obtainable alternatives. If you can avoid buying this clock, though, please do.

Pins are failures ;-;

It's a bit stuff but not to bad, but the huge downfall, the pins won't stay up. I have messed up several solves because the pins keep falling OR the pins won't go up. Basically, turns fine but pins SUCK

Review

this clock is very stiff out of the box. i immediatly lubed it, with a little breaking in after lubing it was AWESOME!!!!!!!!! but my top right pin on the dark side seems to be stiffer even though i lubed the pins equally. but i am not sure if that is the same with other ones. overall a great first clock, i 100% recomend it for beginners in clock to people like kit klement.

Bai Tai clock

this clock happens to be my first and it is pretty good. out of the packaging, its stiff, but once you play around with it and work it in, it is pretty good. i have not lubed this clock yet because I am not sure how to at the moment. the pins are a little more stiff than the gears though.
i would recommend this clock for sure. :)

You're going to need some lube

I bought this clock because I didn't have a clock and thought it would be cool to get interested in the event. I did some research and found that the Lingao clock was not very good, and I didn't want to buy a Rubik's brand, so I got this just to try. When I took the clock out of its bag I immediately noticed a long scratch on the darker side, and I noticed the numbers around each of the dials were cut off. Then I turned it. Well, TRIED to turn it. It was very stiff. The pins, at first were good meaning they stayed in the same place, but as I used it more, they got looser and now they fall to easily. One of the first things I did was lube it. YOU MUST LUBE THIS CLOCK IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO SPEED SOLVE AT ALL. After lubing it, I was a lot more happy. It turns very well. The pins still fall to easily, but I am trying to figure out a fix for it. Overall, this clock was pretty bad out of the bag, but with proper lubing, it is a decent clock to me, although I don't have anything to compare it to, and I enjoy solving this clock.
