Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop".
This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces.
This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts
which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by
corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

It's really bad, you can get the Yuxin Little Magic SQ-1 at the same price
If you turn it one way it gets really tight. Turn it the other way and you can take the puzzle apart. Not liking one bit. You have to go back and forth in order to solve it.
It is a little slow and it doesn't feels good ootb.
With lube it's better but still kinda sucks. It's Ok if you just wanna have fun with it, but if you are planning to speed solve on this, you should definitely buy another puzzle, maybe the YLM Squan or the MGC. Also it has this weird problem where I can't adjust the tensions anymore, and it is unusable because of this. I think it was because i was trying to assemble it back because it popped and something happened to the screw. It could probably be just a mistake i made but could be from the cube too, i don't really know.
I had this cube for about a month and i had some problems, like for example it popped a lot (i didn't loosen it up even a little bit btw), and it could be very annoying at times. Today, i was playing around with it a bit cause i don't know how to solve it, and the center thingy broke off. Considering that there are more sq-1 options at the same price (take the little magic as an example) this is not a cube that i recommend a lot.
Mine broke 3 times. The screws in the top halves stripped the plastic and now it pops every minute and is unimaginably loose on the top
Very bad cube, I bought it in person and minutes after I used it the yellow face loosened a lot until it reached the point of disassembling, the central pieces came out and broke. Then when I was able to put it together it immediately disarmed I still can't believe how I spent money on this.
I don't know much about square-1 quality or anything but for a non magnetic cube it's decent. I didn't expect great quality but the turning is pretty nice and for a slow solver like me it is a fine cube. I learned square-1 on this and I will try to improve my times for competitions so I will buy a better square-1 soon, but if you are just getting into the event I recommend getting something like the Yuxin Little Magic M. I think the magnetic square-1's are way better and you probably shouldn't buy this just because of that. Overall, it's a fine cube for a beginner, but I don't really recommend it. Turning is fine and the tension is just right.
I really love this square-1, even though I still can't solve it. the slice layer turns really good (I was able to get it to go all the way around with a single flick) and the top and bottom layers turn pretty smooth right out of the box. I would recommend this one for anyone looking to start solving a square-1.

Been maining this cube for just under 2 years and have loved it. I get decent times on it, but for the price point, it is worth it. The tension is easy to adjust and it definitely needs some lube right out of the box, but when I loosened it up a little and threw in some DNM-37 it got insanely fast quickly. Highly recommend it for anyone who doesn't mind playing with settings to get smoother faster solves.
