The MoFang JiaoShi Mastermorphix (also called master pyramorphix) is a 3x3 morphix shape mod in the Cubing Classroom series by MoYu. This particular variant features stickerless bright colored pieces. It is pre-lubricated from the factory and performs very well right out of the box.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Fantastic intro to real shape mods

This was my first *morphix puzzle, and man it was a long (but rewarding) solve. As others have said, at its core (ha) it's just a 3x3, but I found that it's harder to wrap your head around this fact than it is to actually solve the puzzle. If you can do a picture cube, you can solve this.

The puzzle itself is of great quality, and it turned beautifully out of the box. I did find that I had to actually tighten it up a quarter turn, but otherwise it's been absolutely perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed this puzzle, and I'm now buying the 4x4 and 5x5 puzzles as well!

The Rice Dumpling Puzzle

This puzzle is really nice it moves well however I'm fine that the material as a little chalky when it moves. I think over time the more you scramble this puzzle the smoother it becomes.
It fits nicely in my palms, like playing with a dumpling.
The solve takes previous experience with other pyra-morph puzzles.
I agree with the other reviewers this is not a beginner's Cube.
The movement is pretty fast and very responsive. I'm having a lot of fun with this one so, I give it five stars. If you want something more challenging can your run-of-the-mill pyramid Cube and you don't mind a challenge I suggest this puzzle. Heck! If you don't solve it it will look really cool scrambled sitting on your counter or your shelf or wherever you keep all of your puzzles.

Very good

I must admit, the cube feels not super good first out of the box. But it improves as you continue to turn it. Very good quality puzzle. However, the parity is extremely annoying, so be prepared for some frustration. Also, after playing with this cube, then going back to a 3x3 feels weird because of the shape.

Outstanding cube

This thing is very well made and turns very smooth. Colors and stunning and easy to recognize. I will say this one is very hard for me to solve. This is not a beginners puzzle. Some will say its just a 3x3 shape mod but this is one of the hardest because it has parodies that are not found in other puzzles. Don't let it scare you odf but be ready to strain the brain.

Smooth and Nice

The puzzle when it arrived seemed smaller than the pictures seemed to impress, however I didn't mind. The puzzle without any lube at all is smooth, yet with a feeling that makes it satisfying to turn. The pieces are strange. The pieces have no torpedoes, which should signify a good chance of popping, yet there is no popping issue so far, and if you need to take a piece out it is very easy. The color scheme is similar enough to the stickerless bright Shengshou, that getting this one over the Shengshou doesn't mean you'd have to buy a second mastermorphix if you want to collect the morphix series. Overall, it's a great puzzle, and I recommend it.

This master morphia is affordable, fast, and smooth. It reminds me a lot of the cubing classroom mf3rs, except much smoother. Great puzzle!

very nice

this is my first mastermorphix, and i can say, this is very nice, while hard to handle, turning is good, though kind of confusing to align,and perform algorithms, but as a non-WCA puzzle, it turns well, and can give you what you want for what it is

Wonderful Mastermorphix!

This is one of my favourite puzzles, because of 3 things. The first one is the turning. This puzzle is EXTREMELY smooth, and I enjoy every solve. Out of the box, it was a bit stiff, but after a little breaking, in, it turned out amazing. Next was the actual solving of the puzzle. This was quite a challenge at the start! It takes a bit to wrap your head around it, especially the PARITIES! But this puzzle is very enjoyable, and my friends look at me solving this and think I'm some kind of genius! Finally, the quality of the puzzle. This mastermorphix has I recommend this puzzle to anyone who is getting introduced to shape mods, and someone who would like a challenge! 5 stars for sure!!!
