X-Man Tornado V4 AI 3x3 UV (with Power Bank)

I’m a slow (2-look CMLL) Roux solver and I’m using the cube with its default settings. I got it because I wanted something with less “drag” than my iCarry 2. This more than fit that, a little too much. After less than 100 solves I’ve managed to get a few low Ao5s near my usual lows in the low 30s.
The feel of the cube is nothing short of magical, better than my old Gan 12. I think after I’ve turned up the magnets that it will be near perfect. More later on the Cube.

As for the App… it’s a little, well, unfinished, but it tries to support Roux as well as CFOP and there is one other method it lists with which I am unfamiliar. Cubeast.com doesn’t seem to support any x-man cubes yet, or at least not this one, so you may be limited to the App from the vendor.

I honestly think this cube has 'main' potential for a lot of people. For me it's a very good cube but for speedier solves I prefer a moyu maglev, it's just easier on the hand but this smart cube is built really well, it feels much more premium compared to my moyu's and i really love its sound and feel. Out of the box It felt a bit stiff honestly, i liked it but it locked up sometimes. The factory lube is decent enough, but I feel like it's short lasting and that you should definitely lube it after a couple of hours. One thing I'd really like that would make me feel much safer with this cube is if it had some ingress protection (if you don't know what that is its basically a meter for water/dust protection. Like a high end phone has like IP68 etc) I'd like to have some protection but honestly if you don't overlube the cube and lube the core there won't be any problems (I believe).
After setting up the cube and getting used to it It felt much better and I honestly really love the stability and speed of it. It's not as fast and easy as maglev but its stable on another level. Though M slices feel a bit heavier than what I'm used to, I sometimes lock up with M movements but I'm getting better at them.
I think the app Smart Player is decent, I like that I can see my cube and just play with it how ever I want, the functions are good I don't have much to say about it other than the 1v1s. I really find them fun (it would be even better if there was a bigger playerbase) but I do have some concerns that maybe some of them are bots. I'm not sure how true this is it's a gut feeling and just some reddit posts got to my mind but other than that Its a good app. I also recommend acubemy next to it to learn and be even better. I like that app even better. It just needs a 1v1 like smart player app.
To summarize about the cube, I really like it and I think it could be a main for someone but on the grand scheme of things it needs like a bit more in it to be considered an actual competition worthy cube. Not that I wouldn't use it but it just has a bit less points than a moyu for example and if I'm going for a pr than I would go with the my moyu 9 times out of 10.
Overall very good cube. 9/10. Really recommend it and just having a smart cube is gives you a huge advantage over others.

When I first ordered it, I was worried it would be a bit worse or heavier because of all the technology in it, but it feels and looks almost just like a regular cube. The bluetooth and gyro work reasonably well, and it turns well. The only downside is that the turning starts out feeling a little bit sandy, but that can easily be fixed with some lube (I used lunar). Would reccomend!
