Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Chalenging Puzzle with Difficult Twisting

Having solved many varieties of cubes, pyramids, and even the monster dodecahederon (Megaminx), I thought this would be an easy puzzle. I was wrong; This puzzle is some strange "zombie" combination of the Rubik's Cube and Meffert's Pyraminx! It is a very challenging puzzle!

This puzzle was very stiff when I first got it, but after playing for several hours, it loosened up to an acceptable level. After "loosing up", this puzzle still had occasional problems... it will often "jam" and on very rare instances will "pop".

Beyond the occasional physical problems (listed above), I also dislike the failure to twist the corners (or the layer below the corners). I *really* think the designers should allow *you* (the player) to twist the corners... based on the physical appearance, it should be possible... but this puzzle won't let you twist the corners, unless you manage an "illegal pop". (Hint to cube-makers, give me/us an octahedron that twists corners!)

ANYWAY, this is a very challenging puzzle! The mechanics really need to be improved, but if you are not a "speed-cuber", this is a fun puzzle worth your time!

Oh yeah, the stickers on this puzzle are nice quality, but I didn't like the color scheme...

This one goes on the top shelf

This is one of my new favorites -- the solve really hits that sweet spot between pure intuition and pure memorization. This is the first new puzzle I've ordered in a while that's really taken me back to that early magical state when I was first learning to solve a 3x3. I am a fan.

Turns great out of the box for a casual solve. Haven't really tried speed solving it so I can't speak to that.
