Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

I am suprised!

I was lucky enough to get a WuHua in Black plastic before they ran out. Turning is smooth, but you can feel all of the inner parts moving. It can lock up, but I never have had a pop. Great cube.

Nice cube

The only thing keeping this from a five star review is the plastic they use in this line of cubes. The pieces don't slide across each other very well and it requires a lot of lube. It is very stable but not very fast. I also have the 4x4 of this line and it has the same problems. It's like the pieces stick together and you half to overcome the surface tension be for it moves. If you loosen it up to try to fix this problem it feels like it will fall apart. If you decide to get this cube BUY LUBE.

QiYiWuHua 6x6

I own 26 "cubes", all from 2x2 to 8x8 and megaminx to petaminx. I must say that this 6x6 is by far the best of them all. Just my personal opinion.

Probably the best

Honestly this is better than any other 6x6 Ive ever tried. My only complaint is that the cube is little too slow. Corner cutting is very good for a 6x6 and reverse is alright too. I put dnm I mine and it definetly helped speed up the cube.
The Half-Bright coler scene is also very nice. I think the blue could be a little bit lighter but nothing else.
Im not sure if this is better than the v2 but its definetly good for the price. If you have 20 bucks definetly give it a try.

Great!

This is my first 6x6. I got this in stickerless on clearance here at TheCubicle, along with a set of Yuxin 5 springs, which I installed in the cube. After loosening the tensions and lubing with Lubicle 1 and DNM-37, the cube is fast and smooth. I knocked off a star because of the minor catches and lockups, and because the 3rd layers are a bit sluggish.

The Best

Okay, this cube is so amazing. It outperforms any cube out of the box. The next best thing is a Yuxin red. To get it as good as a WuHua out of the box you need to change the springs, magnetize it, and lube it with lots of care. The WuHua, on the other hand, is ready to go right out of the package. I recommend that you break it in with about 5 solves then add 2-4 drops of DNM-37 to each layer for maximum performance. I will never be able to use a different 6x6 again. All of the hardware issues are solved with this puzzle. I really recommend this to anyone, anywhere, and anytime. Thanks for the great cube QiYi!

Not My Dream 6x6, But It's Okay

I got this 6x6 in stickerless expecting it would be right up my alley in what I look for in a cube: Stability, easy turning and decent corner cutting ability. Well, it has them all, but not at the same time. Initially when I got this, it seemed like it had a lot of promise because it was stiff and stable yet could corner cut a full piece out of the box. The colors are incredibly easy to distinguish from each other as well, making it look quite beautiful scrambled or not. The layers also turn mostly even with each other with the outer layer being the buttery best, the seconds being a tad more sticky in spots and the middles feeling sort of heavy. So about balanced in tension from outer to inner, yet close to each other. Thus I expected a lot of break in time then it would be good to go.

Well, months later after hundreds of solves and some re-lubing, it has not gotten that much looser and quite frankly it's tiring on the hands when it's so stuff. It'll corner cut even if it's stiff though, just not the easiest. So due to hands tiring I loosened it. That allowed it to turn more freely and make it easier on the hands, but then it started to pop pieces and get weird lockups if you tried to cut too much where one layer would pull adjacent layer's pieces along with it and they get in a criss-cross of turning slices. Lockups like that can be so bad it can take 20-30 seconds just to fix. So needless to say I kept playing with the tensions and over time I found that there is no middle ground to it as the point when it's comfortably loose is around two full screw turns on each side away from unpoppable tightness.

-----

Edit: After switching the springs with a set of Yuxin 5x5 springs and tensioning it, the puzzle improved quite a bit! It became easier to turn and since I could tighten the puzzle more than I could before: more stable overall. So if you feel your puzzle had the same stiffness issues mine had, try a different set of springs that'll fit. As a result of the spring swap, I changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 because while it turned out better, I feel it should just have softer springs to begin with.

It pops

When I got the cube it was good and was quite fast but after 5 solves it began to pop once or twice a solve. Also one time I was testing corner cutting it just exploded on me. So I dont recommend this cube, unless your fine with fixing pops.

Great

I love the smooth, fast feeling of this puzzle. I've experience a few catches but no lockups. Definitely buy this before stock runs out!

Good, but pops way too much

So I got this 6x6, and it was pretty bad out of the box. It was sluggish, and couldn't really corner cut that well. It didn't lock up too much, but just very slow. After breaking in, it got faster, but then It started to lockup a ton. Not just the tiny ones, but causes the center pieces to come out and that was pretty annoying. After tightening a bit more, it locked up way more, but not as big, and it was slower. I was pretty disappointed, and adding DNM-37 helped a bit with the speed, but it still pops a lot. The puzzle does have a pretty nice feeling to it though. It is very smooth and satisfying to turn.
