Product Description

The YJ ZhiChuang M 5x5 is a new magnetic mini cube by YongJun Toys. Measuring just 58mm across, the ZhiChuang M has a quick, premium, and bubbly feel. YJ’s choice of stronger inner layer magnets and lighter outer layer magnets gives the ZhiChuang M a good balance between stability and turning freedom. Perfect for people with smaller hands or cubers who prefer smaller puzzles.

The name has been changed from ZhiChuang M 5x5 to ZhiLong Mini 5x5 M by the manufacturer.

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Great cube!

The cube was small, so it fit my hands perfectly. It also performs very well.

This is the right size

This feels like a mgc almost. But I'm never tired when I use this. And ot makes me genuinely want to to spend hours of my day solving this. This is one of the best preforming 5x5s on the market

Compact and fast

Fast smooth turning, and small compaxt size. Magnets add stability, not necessarily a click after each turn. It came with a defective piece, and theCubicle sent a replacement for free. Overall, I like this cube!

Fairly good cube, little too "mini" though

This is a pretty good cube. It's really stable, although it has some weird tensioning problems. The kid where you turn the screw pretty "deep" but it's still loose. I haven't gotten any pops in my first 100 solves and I actually somehow broke my PB single. Although I don't think I would make it my main, or backup even. It's a good cube just to mess around with, or if you're like me, carry around in at college. Small cubes can be good for travel, and although the other two mini cubes are EVEN smaller than usual, this is the perfect size of a mini big cube. Can't really get any smaller than this, but wish it was slightly larger. It's 58mm, so 2mm bigger than your standard 3x3. Make of that what you will. Good cube, but not for me. Perhaps if you have small hands?

Good cube, just locky.

The cube turns like an MGC but it is more locky, probably due to the 58 mm size. I was able to get really good average in comp with it though.

meh.

This cube is good but it popped like immediately. i tightened it and it's ok but I still don't recommend as the turning is not the best out there. Plus the caps of the centerpieces always pop off and it's annoying. I'd recommend the Yuxin Little Magic 5x5 (M) or the YJ MGC 5x5. Overall the cube is OK.

Good but…

It is really fast and performs well except it does lock up pretty easily

Needs stronger magnets

I like the smaller size but it feels very unstable to me, even after setting up. I think stronger magnets would definitely make this a better cube. Great for the price though.

I love this and it is my new main

All of the layers are really consistent and I can turn as fast as I turn on 3x3 on it. I love this cube. I never thought of myself having small hands but still having a 5x5 the size of a 3x3 is really nice. It instantly broke my 5x5 pb by a lot. I would only use past lubes on it because it is already a really good speed. It didn't take more than 5 solves to break in the cube. I am yt to get under the centercaps and fix the sping noise but that isn't anything a little wieght 5 on the core cant fix. I think this size really suits a 5x5 and I would like to see more 58 mm 5x5s
