Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Very fun puzzle, but has frequent lockups

It’s a fun and challenging puzzle. But it doesn’t turn that good.

Fun Solve!

Obviously, out of the box it feels a little stiff, but it breaks in once you do a couple of solve on it. For doing 180° turns, I kinda hold the two opposite corners with my thumb and middle finger and that usually allows me to make a smooth turn. The solve is really intuitive and fun, so I definitely recommend this puzzle.

Great fun!

Out of the box, this Cube moves a little stiff but; After a while and several solves, it gets better. This puzzle is a great addition and a changeup from your standard 3x3 style puzzle.

Challenging and fun

I really like the design of this puzzle as it is very different. Closest in design is the Ivy Cube, which is like the 2x2 version of a Curvy Copter. One of my favorite aspects of this puzzle is that it has two levels of difficulty. You can solve it normally, or you can perform special jumbling moves to make it more difficult. How many puzzles allow you to fully solve them, then present you with a second challenge to keep it fresh and challenging? Worth the money.

Sometimes the puzzle feels a little loose, and the edge pieces look like they are misaligned or going to pop out. As long as you are turning this slowly and carefully though you should have no problems. This is for people who like a mental challenge rather than speedcubing challenge.

A blast of a puzzle. If you're collecting, it's different from a vast number of other puzzles. If you care about speedsolving it, as I hope to, the puzzle does turn more or less smoothly after I loosened it. However, there's both internal and external flashing. Which, unfortunate as it it, catches often. I removed it from the inside with a file and it turns much better now. For that, I give this puzzle four stars. If it didn't have that issue, it'd be a five star puzzle.

Sturdy, turns smoothly, fun puzzle

If you're looking for a Curvy Copter, I recommend this one. It doe not feel cheap at all for such a low price. Turning is smooth and the puzzle is fun.

A puzzle with 2 levels of challenge

This is a very fun puzzle. The turning is very smooth. It WAS catching a little bit on jumbling moves, but after some breaking in, and a little practice it now moves cleanly through them.
Though it was a challenge, I was able to solve it (unjumbled) in a few hours, but the great thing about it is that there are 2 ways to scramble, and jumbling adds a second level of challenge.
It really needed no lube out of the box, I added some maru lube anyway but all it did was change the sound.
My only complaints are the stickers, they are poorly cut, two of them were peeled (right out of the box).
Still, I reccomend it, and if you're worried about the stickers, the cubicle sells curvy copters stickers, get a backup set.
If you are going be solving it a lot, the Meffert's version is worth the extra money.

Great puzzle, bad stickers

This puzzle is incredibly fun! It has become my favorite puzzle. I recommend that you first try so solve it without jumbling, then jumble it when you can solve it without jumbling. If you have any trouble with it, you can go on YouTube and use RedKB's tutorial, he has one for jumbling and one for non-jumbling. I encourage you to jumble it. Don't be afraid that you won't be able to return it to a cube. That's actually the easy part. The hard part is when you realize that the edges (the pieces with only one color on them) are on the wrong orbit.

The only bad thing about the puzzle is the sticker quality. I have had mine for only three days and the stickers are already peeling off in about five places. Fortunately, you can buy curvy copter stickers for only $2.50 on thecubicle.us.

Fun!

This cube is very fun and turns very well. I have solved it once already and I didn't need a tutorial. But it did take me about an hour to solve. The ways you can mix it up is endless because of the shape-shifting. The sticker quality is great. Get it and try to solve it without tutorials.
