Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Great puzzle!

This cube is definitely a challenge. First, getting it back to a cube shape is completely different every time you solve it. After, its pretty much just reducing the cube to a curvy copter plus. It is pretty greasy and stiff our of the box but that goes away after breaking it in. It definitely pops pretty easily and catches if something isn't aligned but thats to be expected with a puzzle of this complexity. Overall a very high quality and great looking puzzle.

I do not like it.

I was really excited about this puzzle, but when I received it, I found many problems. First of all, I wish TheCubicle would stop over lubricating the puzzles. When I took it out of the package, it was soaked. Maybe that's my fault and I should have asked for no lubricant, but I had to spend several hours cleaning each of the over 100 pieces by hand.
Then there are the mechanism problems. I think this puzzle is very pretty, and I really like the concept, but I do not think it is well designed. It constantly gets caught on itself, the edge pieces have these tiny pieces that I actually had to super glue, the corners on the stickerless version are horrible (because they are 3 separate pieces of plastic), so I could improve it by gluing the corners too, but I shouldn't need to do that. While scrambling it the first time, it popped 3 times. After scrambling it a 2nd time, it popped 6 or 7 pieces at once. I was so frustrated that I took the whole thing apart and reassembled it solved. I have still yet to solve this from a complete scramble, the mechanism annoys me that much.
I watched multiple review videos before buying, and I think most of my problems are from having the stickerless version. But the stickerless version should function fine, otherwise they should not be selling it.

After a little work, it’s my new go-to.

I got the stickerless version. (I’m still blown away that stickerless even exists for this thing) It hits all the right notes for me. It looks beautiful scrambled and solved. It’s a long-ish solve (about 2 hours), but not too long. l LOVE that the corners don’t block each other like the normal curvy copter. And, the solve isn’t ridiculously algorithm heavy. That being said, I first got it, it popped very frequently like other reviews say. Multiple times a solve. I couldn’t take it anywhere cus I was scared of losing pieces. I had to super glue the little edge pieces and corners together. After a very quick de-flashing process (6-7 hours), it turned better but still kept popping. I had to do some tensioning, lubricating, disassembling, re-tensioning, and re-lubricating, but it doesn’t pop at all anymore. The only issue now, is that the skewb turns take a little more force than I’d like. Nonetheless, it’s my go-to for when I’m looking for a fun, challenging solve. (which is, like, ALL the time)

Popping Pieces

Super disappointed that the pieces popped off after only two turns. Yes, you read that right, only two turns. First time, I was able to get the piece back in but the second time it happened, three pieces popped out at once and replacing them left the cube crumbling in my hands. Looks like a great and intricate puzzle and I'm hoping a replacement makes sense. I understanding popping pieces but not after only a couple of turns.

great puzzle

I got this puzzle because it just looked so wild. And it is. The combination of a curvycopter plus and a skewb, makes for a very challenging solve. At first it was a little stiff to turn but after solving it once the turning is much better and very smooth. It occasionally does pop so you have to be careful turning it, because its a menace to put back together. Overall I would seriously recommend this puzzle to anyone looking for a fun challenge.
