Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

  • Orders are shipped the same business day they are placed, or the next business day. The cutoff for same day shipping is 3PM EST.
  • There is no processing/handling surcharge — all our shipping rates are at rock-bottom.

Bad stickers

I bought the transparent version, and the sticker quality is pretty horrid out of the box. Solving it without any stickers falling off is pretty difficult. I have glued what I can, but the edges on most of them are peeling up, so it is probably only a matter of time before those fall off as well. The transparent mastermorphix might be cool to look at, but difficult to solve due to the sticker quality.

My 2 Cents

I have solved this puzzle 5 times. It is a fun puzzle to solve, it kind of reminded my of a ghost cube. If you enjoy giving your brain a workout then I would recommend this puzzle.

Review

A pretty tricky little 3x3 shape mod. It has all kinds of parities, and it took the better part of an hor for me to figure this one out, most of that time spent on the last layer.

This is NOT a pyraminx with centers.

Overall good puzzle

Out of the box this puzzle turned decently well, but it felt very dry. I lubed it with weight 2 lube by taking out an edge piece and putting the lube on the inside of the puzzle. This made the puzzle feel very smooth and took away the dry feeling. The only real drawbacks to this cube are that the stickers seem to come off relatively easily. None of the stickers have fallen off, but they did begin to peel after a couple of days of use.

Great puzzle. It turns really good and it's super fun to solve. I would definitely recommend buying this puzzle.

Tricky puzzle

This puzzle is fun and challenging, even if you know how to "view" the puzzle. The puzzle is stiff and catches but for $9 it does not bother me. If you want a high quality version I recommenced a hand made one, but that can be very expensive. If you can't afford that then just get this one.

Great turning puzzle, a tad stiff, handmade ones are better, but this is much cheaper, get it if you into shape mods or looking to get into them, or just want to try it.
