Product Description

The MoYu Crazy Windmill Cube (also called Crazy FengHuoLun cube) is a more challenging variant of the original 3x3 Windmill Cube. It turns smoothly right out of the box, and the turning mechanism is based on the SuLong.

Please note that the transparent pink variant more closely resembles a transparent purple in normal light.

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Don't use it as a cube, use it as a light

This cube, when put on top of a flashlight, glows really brilliantly. Probably one of my favorite puzzles just for this. On top of that, the cube itself is actually fun.

Pretty fun puzzle

I got this over a month ago but just started solving it recently. It's a quite fun puzzle to solve, performing almost exactly like a 3x3, except for the double T-Perm needed to fix the center twist that sometimes occurs at the end. It wasn't very difficult to figure out, but was certainly interesting to solve it and have a sort of confused moment when the rest of it was solved but the center was twisted. I was lucky to have found a tutorial for that part. Overall, the turning and cornercutting is fairly average, but about on par with a shapeshifting puzzle similar to the Windmill Cube and Fisher Cube. The only problem that I have with it is that the center caps occasionally pop out when solving, but it is nothing that can't be easily fixed.

Very Underrated!

This cube is good for cubers who want to get into shapeshifters. It's has 3 stickers to a corner, 2 to an edge, and 1 to a centers, so it functions exactly like a 3x3, except for center orientation (I just pop the centers into their correct orientation because I haven't learned any center orientation algs). Both of my other cubing friends like it. It's a very underrated puzzle, being unpopular despite being one of the best non-WCA puzzles in my collection. When it is scrambled it looks beautiful, almost like a colored ghost cube. Turning is pretty average and corner cutting/reverse corner cutting is average too. This puzzle does have florian holes, so that helps a lot. Solves are fun and a bit challenging as you have to move your fingers around the cube to get a good grip of the cube.

Great puzzle! Definitely turns heads

Feels like a high-quality puzzle, with effortless turning. Seems very sturdy and not at all fragile despite its bizarre shape.

It is not any more difficult than a standard 3x3 since the faces still have a complete set of stickers, but when scrambled it turns into a modern art piece. It is very satisfying to see not only the colors but also the shape of the cube emerge as you solve.

This is a good shapemod which looks fascinating without adding any difficulty to the 3x3.

Great cube with sticker issues

I enjoyed this solve, it's a great irregular 3x3, but some of the stickers are small and come off easily. I would have enjoyed it better in a stickerless option.

Love it

Puzzle turns great, really fun to solve, don't know why but something about it made me like it way more than most puzzles of its type. I have one problem: the name. Wouldn't it be way better to call it the tilted windmill? Because, you know, Don Quixote. Wasted opportunity imo.

I challenge you solve this one with CFOP and not layer by layer haha

Crazy windmill

I got the transparent purple. This cube is one of my favorite 3x3 mod. It’s like an easier ghost cube. Get it if you want a little more challenge than a standard 3x3. It also turns pretty well out of the box.

This is a very well made puzzle! As before (Moyu crazy fisher cube) is is just a truncated 3x3 windmill cube. The internal design reminds me very much of a YJ Yulong and does not require any tension changes or lube.As for solving the puzzle, the hardest part is positioning the center pieces, as the corners have three colors, the edges have two colors and the centers only have one, so it preforms exactly lika a 3x3. I reccomend this cube to anyone who wants to get into 3x3 shape mods/shape-shifting puzzles.
