YuXin Kylin 3x3 V2 M

For those who are going to the competition for the first time, this is one of the better dice in the lower price range.

The cube is good quality but a bit sandy feeling. I lubed it up and that helped some but the sand feeling is still there. It’s also smaller than a standard rubiks brand cube which I personally like. Overall it’s a respectable product and I will buy from this company again in the future. Thanks Cubicle!!

I really like this cube. It looks awesome, and the performance is great. After loosening the tensions, it's pretty fast, and I'm sure that would improve even more if I used a little lube.

I have one very annoying issue though: on each face, there is at least one tile with some broken plastic sticking out as if there was another tile attached and was snipped off. I'm not even sure if this would be WCA legal. See the images attached to this review.

The cube is descent overall. The corner cutting is average and the magnets are comparable to the RS3M. It's really REALLY dry out of the box. Some DNM-37 fixes that really quick though. I got the transparent version and it does make it harder to recognize peices but I expected that. It's a little tight out of the box too. Overall a decent cube but I don't recommend it for the price. There are better options for the same price or less. If you just want another cube for your collection though, this makes a perfect addition. Every collection needs a tiled cube.

This cube replaced my old main the Gan XS. The XS magnates were to strong for my liking and this cube has the perfect magnet strength for my turning style

Very fast and snappy. Once broken in and setup I liked it much more than initially.

I wanted a bit more from this cube. Because of how amazing the ylm is I tried this cube expecting amazing things for double the price. It is a nice magnetic cube but does lack some of the corner cutting, quality feel, and speed of the most modern speedcubes. The tiles are very very nice and satisfy if you enjoy that look...I do and it's one of my favorite things about this cube. Overall this is a nice cube but you are not going to main it if you have a few magnetic cubes in your collection. Decent. Not amazing. I'd roll my cash into a better cube if I could afford it and only wanted 1 quality cube. I travel with this sometimes, I abuse it, cube outside, don't particularly protect it because it's nice but not worth keeping exceptional. Good not great. Overall for the the price I would recommend. Very usable but just "eh" - overall experience benefits from the price.

Other companies should make cubes with tiles, it has a great feeling.

The cube came untapped and one of the tiles broke you might have a chance getting a dirty and broken cube.

I recently got the Kylin V2 M, and it was a huge letdown. The cube came with inverted magnets out of the box, which made aligning it a nightmare. I'm not sure if it’s supposed to be like that or if mine was defective, but it was really frustrating. On top of that, the plastic is way too brittle. I've dropped many cubes before without any issues, but this one broke an edge the first time it fell. I had high hopes for this cube, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. Do better. When you finish a solve it doesn't even look magnetic whatsoever. Overall there are so many cheaper Moyu cubes to buy. DONT GET THIS.
