The X-Man Galaxy Megaminx V2 LM is an updated version of the X-Man Galaxy Megaminx V2 with a slight increase in size. The ridges continue to give this megaminx better grip when solving. This puzzle features improvements in its internal and external design allowing for greater corner cutting and an increase in controllability.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Time for personal preference.

I own all 3 of the top-of-the-line mega puzzles. I currently main the Gan simply because it's the best for me but I can get similar times with the Galaxy and the Galaxy LM. So I full heartedly recommend all of them, or which one you personally want. Some of the pros for the Galaxy are it's smaller size for small people, it's slower speed and control ability. For the LM: It's quick smooth feel and larger size for bigger hands and near perfect grip. For the Gan: Light weight with good indentations for help with turning and grip. And personally I prefer the shades. But in the end all of them are amazing. Get which one you want(or all of them)😉. I average 1: 38 with all of them.

Mmmm mmmm mmmm

So, my main was the cubicle pro shop galaxy v2 m, which was overlibed, and actually really bad. It was too slow, and whenever I added compound 5 in, it made it slower for some reason(yes I am talking about the blue one not the purple one) anyways, I bought the standard v2 m and the v2 lm, and they were both super good ootb. I have pretty big hands, so I immediately gravitated towards the larger one, and I use it as my main, and have been averaging sub 1:40 ever since

Great mega!

Got this as a gift a few Christmases ago and it is still my main. super reliable. Im not very fast but it seems very controllable and doesn't pop much at all! It is very enjoyable to solve with

It's fast, it's smooth, it's magnetic. Replaced gray with the black pieces it came with. Got some PBs on this thing.

It’s really smooth, fast but not to fast I got a new Pb with it!! I highly recommended that but get the m not the lm the lm is to big.

The BEST xman galaxy so far!

I have a series of xman galaxy megaminxes and they have thankfully gotten progressively better over the years. I didn't really think magnets would add much but they do make it much easier to handle, less trouble lining up layers. This cube is a great size for me, larger than my xman galaxy v2, but not as huge as my xman galaxy v1. Perfect size to solve over and over without hand fatigue. The sculpted pieces are a great advantage in gripping!
So, with the nice size, the magnets, the sculpting I can now enjoy many more hours on megaminx than I could before.
Also, the Cubicle shop put on the black caps for me So grateful. They look sharp!!
Smooth turning and just a fun one to solve on. Very happy with it.

Good cube

It's a good cube and does the job well. Not as smooth a rotation/twist as I hoped for. Understandably it's not a cube but a dodecahedron, however the moves are not as fluid as one hopes for. That being said it's a good price and a good product. I would definitely buy it again.

This is my first time feeling a megaminx and when I got this I was amazed. I lubed this with DNM-37, and it became SO GOOD. it was really stupid of me to not realize that this was the larger version, and since I have small hands, that was a downer. But nonetheless, this is really good and I highly recommend it.
