Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Great starter Pyraminx

I am a beginner at solving a Pyraminx and I honestly encounter hardly any problems. I got stickerless so I don't know if that makes any difference although I am getting a moyu soon. I am getting a moyu because as you get super fast it tends to lock up just a bit. Other than a couple of lockups, it performs really well for me.

Review

Amazing cube! Out of the box it turned AMAZING!!! Then after my first solve it turned even better!!! I got the orange one and it didn't come unstickerd like it said. I use this as my main now and really think you should get it to. I hopped my review helped!

Overtightened?

I am wondering if there was a problem with the one I got because the whole thing appears to be extremely over-tightened, like when you have an extra tooth and it overcrowds your mouth and makes your smile look all wonky. Mine came just positively squished together, some pieces will barely move, and if turned, try to turn back- I'm going to adjust it (this will be my first attempt) so hopefully my assessment of this puzzle will change for the better once I've attacked it with a screwdriver. We'll see, I suppose! I do like the transparent one, it's neat to be able to see the inner workings.

Meffert's Pyraminx is Better

I heard that if you remove the ball bearings it would turn better, and it did. When I first got it I thought it would be stickered and would turn great, it failed to meet those standards. After removing the ball bearings it still turned atrocious, and after a week or so, it dropped about a foot and exploded everywhere, I couldn't find two of the springs and a tile. I am suggesting you get a different pyraminx, even the Meffert's brand.

it's ok, but not for the price.

it's ok. There's better options out there for about two thirds the price like the qiyi or the new magnetic pyraminxes. I have the moyu magnetic pyraminx, and it's a lot better. I have tried the shengshou puramid shaped cube (10 points if you know where that's from) and it's way better for a fraction of the price. However, this is a good collecters item as it comes in a limited edition pink which I own, but that does not matter. if you are an intermediate solver I would recommend the moyu or the bell, and if your beginning or on a budget then get the shengshou.

amazing

this cube is very smooth, even though it pops sometimes, it is very easy to put back together.

Big Upset

I was looking forward to the new pyraminx and when I got it was very disappointing it was not worth it to spend 17$ on a bad pyraminx. Just go with the moyu.

Mixed opinions

When i first got the pyraminx, i didnt know what to say, afterall this is my first pyraminx. I do have to admit though, for 17$ the plastic felt a little cheap. I have tried a shengsho pyraminx that my friend had ordered from here. His plastic felt a little bit stronger. When i purchased the pyraminx i got orange because that is my favorite color, i do not know if that makes a difference, cuz they are limited edition. i have never tried the black or white one.

But for 17$ i guess i should've bought the moyu or shengshou
