Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Good but hard

This is a really fun cube but I don’t know how to solve it.

QiYi Axis Cube

This is my first shape mod I own and it's really good. The turning is smooth and it has good corner cutting. The stickerless shades look great but the sticker shades are better. It does have a spring noise but lube can easily fix that. I really enjoy solving this puzzle.

Pretty good

It is a pretty good cube, though it does lock up sometimes and has a metallic clicking noise when turning the yellow side (springs) but smoothe turning and fast solving is guaranteed on this cube.

The most difficult-to-turn cube I own

Of my 25 or so twisty puzzles, none is harder to turn accurately than this one. It slips, it sticks, it never lines up properly, and though it's not hard to solve conceptually, when you can never make the turn you need to because some edge somewhere is always out of alignment and locks up, or suddenly slips and turns in the wrong direction, and you're busy jimmying it around trying to free it up so you can turn it how you need to, and you lose where you are, and it becomes much more frustrating than fun. It looks cool, but that's about it. If they could make it so it turned reasonably and you didn't spent most of your time trying to get the edges lined up so you could just make the turn you need to, it would be a fun puzzle.

Holy smokes

It looks scary when you turn it. I didn't even bother scrambling it. Maybe one day I will. It looks like a nice challenge.

Edge halves are NOT interchangable

This puzzle could (and SHOULD) have been designed to allow for changing color scheme, but they designed the long 2-color edge pieces to be non-symmetric for no good reason. I tried to rescheme it and I am left with 4 pairs of half pieces that are not compatible and will need some dremel and superglue to move forward. As a general rule, all puzzle designs should make all parts of symmetric pieces symetric to allow interchangablity -- it is also less molds.
