Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Surprising!

I only really practice 6x6 and have used the Aoshi for a couple years with a myriad of different mods and set ups. The shadow is now my new main after only using it for a day. I dont think its for everyone but if you turn smooth and accurately I think you will like it to. Some pros and cons compared to the aoshi
Pros:
much brighter colors and easier to look ahead on.
smooth easy turning, "lighter" turning compared to aoshi.
magnets snap into place well, although I wish the ball core was stronger.
Cons:
feels slippery for a while out of the box.
inner layers catch hard with no set up, but is really easy to fix.
doesn't feel as "premium" as the aoshi, it doesn't necessarily feel cheap but I wouldn't be surprised if it isnt as durable as the aoshi.

As long as the cube doesn't break down too fast over time I think it is well worth the price and competition to the other flagship 6x6s.

don’t get this

The cube pops a lot and catches on nothing. The turning is also really heavy and unstable. I want to like this cube since it feels like the hong, and i really liked the hong, but the turning is so bad that it makes it unusable compared to a decent aoshi. I normally average around 1:25, but I am barely even sub 1:45 on this cube just because of how slow i need to turn to keep it from popping.

Core magnets can improve a cube, but if the cube is bad to begin with they can only do so much.

Ok

So started off bad. A magnet from the core came lose and jammed during a turn and popped it. I had a heck of a time trying to fix it. But after hours I did. But the cube is nice.
