Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Honestly a really good 7x7!!

Very fast out of the box. All the layers feel really nice. Had to slow mine down a lot with heavy lube. Better than 7's I've had in the past where I have to keep adding lube often to keep them fast.
.
The magnets are very nice.
.
The size is smaller than most 6x6's I've used but I honestly really like the feeling of smaller big cubes, even with big hands.
.
My only complaint is I found I had to put a lot of lube on the springs to get rid of spring noise. Once you get enough though It's totally fine!
.
Set this thing up to your liking and I think you'll really enjoy solving on it!!

The Best 7x7 (Yes, Really!)

The Short Version: This is arguably the best 7x7 available stock at any price point, and unquestionably the best 7x7 if you mod it.

The Long Version:

I'm not a world-class 7x7 solver. I average right around 3 minutes, so I'm not bad but also not great. However, I know enough fast people who share my opinion that I feel valid enough to post this :). The only competition this cube has is the Aofu WRM, so here's how they stack up. The Meilong V2 is much lighter than the Aofu, which is a big advantage during long sessions. It's SIGNIFICANTLY faster, which matters a ton on big cubes. The magnets are weaker in this cube than the Aofu, which isn't all bad, but on top of that the corner cutting is noticeably worse on this than the Aofu. I had to loosen the cube significantly and adjust my turning style a lot to make it work - It took 20-30 solves to get used to the way it performs. The other odd thing about this cube is that the magnets in the 2nd layer are much stronger than outers and 3rd layers. Why? Who knows. It got better after some setup on my puzzle, but it is noticeable. When you hold and solve this cube, you can just tell it's "cheaper" than the Aofu. It feels a bit hollow, less solid, and the plastic isn't as nice.

On big cubes, light and fast matter A LOT. The Aofu has better magnets, corner-cutting, and "quality" than this puzzle, but the speed and weight of this puzzle make the Aofu feel like a sluggish brick by comparison. After getting used to the turning style, this cube made 7x7 a lot of fun, and I dropped a solid 10-15 seconds off my global within 100 solves. I can't go back to the Aofu now, it feels like way too much work to turn compared to this cube.

The biggest problem with this cube is corner cutting. There are 2 solutions to that: loosen the cube (which makes it less stable), or do a mod so that it corner cuts better. Several world-class solvers have done both. If you do a Florian mod to this puzzle (sanding down the tips on corners and outer wings), the corner cutting gets significantly better. If you florian mod, loosen tensions, AND install a ball core? This puzzle goes from better than the Aofu to WAY WAY WAY better.

If you are looking for a 7x7 and don't own one yet, get this one. It's the best price vs. quality on the market. If you're looking for the best 7x7, why not get this one - it's only $20! If you're a hobbyist and have time to modify your puzzles, definitely do it for this one.

Now if only MoYu would put the corner cutting and quality of the Aofu and the speed/weight of the Meilong together - seems like they should be able to since it's the same company LOL

Basically a aofu but cheaper, smaller, and more catchy

Don't get me wrong, the aofu is still better, but if you don't want to save up for the aofu or buy the yufu(which is 69mm), just get this, no other 7x7 can compare to this

Best 7x7

Better than the aofu with some work and break in. I think a lot of it comes from being smaller and therefore easier to use, but it is definitely worth getting if you don't have a 7x7, or think the aofu is too slow/big

Great 7x7 for the price

I’ve never had a 7x7 before and this was great. The magnets and corner cutting are really good (for a big cube) and id probably the best 7x7 for the price. Recommend for beginners like me whether your speed cubing or just regular cubing.

First 7x7

Instant classic. Feel is good. Turns nice. Tension was perfect out of the box for me. Not too catchy. First 7x7 so nothing to compare it to but I like it a lot more than my 6x6 which is a different brand. I would recommend.

great budget 7x7

this was my first 7x7 rubik's cube, and it turns great, especially for only 20$ my only bad comment is that this puzzle tends to catch a little bit, but it's a really great cube overall

Requires setup, but solidly one of the best 7x7s!!!

This cube is pretty decent out of the box, but it vastly improves after setup, break-in, and florian modding the corners and outer wings.

It's an extremely pleasant cube to turn with quite a low pitched and quiet sound when lubed with a heavier silicone and after doing about 100 solves. It's also a very nice size at 63.4mm, being just barely bigger than the AoShi WR M 6x6!

The outer layers are a bit bigger than on most other 7x7s, but still quite a nice size making for an easier 3x3 stage. Overall the inner and outer layers are very consistant between each other which is nice for stages where you have to use both.

I average about 2:50 on right now on 7x7, and this cube is just such a delight to solve on. It needs quite a bit of setup (florian mod, lubing, break-in) but it proves itself to be one of, if not the very best 7x7 on the market!!!

best budget 7x7

this cube is really fast out of the box buts it's it's kinda of tight so you gotta loosen it but then it's great. it doesn't pop and is very stable. very good would recommend. don't know if it's better than

Super high build quality for a low price

This cube is very impressive, turns better than my old 5x5. I can’t see any reason to spend any more money on a 7x7 unless you’re trying to shave off a couple seconds. The build quality is very solid, the magnets hold it together, and it does a nice job not catching bad. Perfect option if you just want a 7x7 to solve.
