Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop".
This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces.
This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts
which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by
corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

The actual cube is fine. I would go with the little magic over this. But the customer service is amazing. When I got this cube one of the magnet rings for the maglev was broken. I sent a message to the customer service team and I had the replacement parts in less then two weeks. Honestly amazed how quick and helpful they are.
This piraminx is fantastic I love it

My Brother ordered this Pyraminx for my Birthday and I was shocked of how Fast and Good It Is
My first feel for this puzzle was that it is very grainy feeling and that it would take some time for it to become smooth but after a few hundred solves its like butter with some lubicle
I should also mention that this puzzle is a little unstable and is sort of hard to configure between control and stability
Great pyraminx, but one tip kept coming off no matter what. Tried to push it together but the tip still comes off. Overall great pyraminx tho.
This cube was good when I got it but the core cracked on mine. Now one of the screws constantly falls out.
