Product Description

In honor of our 8 year anniversary, the Cubicle Labs WeiLong GTS M is being re-released, in a limited quantity, as a throwback to the first magnetic 3x3 ever available to the public. We have reduced the price significantly from its original $48.99 down to $34.99 to make it more accessible. So whether you're looking for a generally good 3x3, or want to grab this puzzle for collection purposes (base puzzle no longer being produced by MoYu) now is your chance!

The Cubicle Labs GTS M is a premium-made 3x3 with a set of strong magnets installed in the pieces. The magnets inside the cube act as a positioning system that greatly enhances puzzle stability and compliance when turning quickly. The Cubicle Labs WeiLong GTS M is lubed with Cubicle silicone weight 4 on the core and a combination of Cubicle silicone weight 4, Lubicle Speedy, and DNM-37 on the pieces for smooth and plush solving experience.

This version features a Full Bright + Sky Blue sticker set.

Original puzzle made by MoYu. It features a Cubicle Labs logo with three orbitals on the white side.

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Nostalgia at its Finest

Back in (2016 I believe), Cubicle Labs first released the "Cubicle Labs Weilong GTS M". It was a major step in cubing hardware being the first readily-available magnetic cube. I remember begging my parents endlessly (I was 12 at the time it's what you do) and getting it in the mail. Magnets in a cube is such a great concept and it bugs me to no end how we only recently figured out the proper way to do it.

Back to the cube itself, this thing was a beast. It was hefty but it packed a lot of good specs. The turning was clicky (the GTS on it's own is just a very tactile cube to begin with) and has airy turns but not airy feel (if that makes sense). Adding magnets made a very flexible cube with a very big wobbling problem into a stable well-rounded endgame. The non-magnetized GTS got me my first ever sub 10 too so that's a neat little sentiment.

Unfortunately I sold my original one and recently was missing it. Our lords at the cubicle provided and gave us a re-release of the infamous GTS M. To this day, I still compete with it. It fits me perfectly and I think its very viable even today.
