    Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Great app except algorithms are wrong.....

In algorithm training mode the algorithms it gives are often incorrect. Some of the pll algorithms littereally dont solve the case. I dont get why thats so hard. They really couldnt take the time to check this.... attention to detail people.

Wonderful Cube with no support for app.

The cube feels great, the smart part is not very smart. App constantly has issues won't login, won't match, no response from support, sometimes doesn't sit good in charger, and a most error messages are in Chinese.

    Stay away. This is garbage

I was excited to have the maker of the best cubes put together a Bluetooth model. I had high expectations but was massively let down. First, the app is garbage. Do a quick scan of youtube reviews an other sites. I should have paid more attention to them before I got one.

Second is the cube, don't expect a top quality Gan cube. I wasn't expecting something as nice as the X since it has to also incorporate the Bluetooth functionality, but it fell way short. And that was before it broke. Yes, on the second day the mechanism that holds the spring broke inside the core. So it's useless now. Had to throw it in the trash.

Wasted that money. Don't do the same.

    Great potential

I love this cube, but I wish it wasn’t as buggy as it is. I have two of them, and while on one, it mostly works smoothly, on the second one, one out of every 3-4 solve ends up in DNF since some moves does not count and it becomes unsolvable. Not sure if it’s because it was dropped, but it’s annoying that high percentage of solves are not counted correctly.

Great cube but on easily fixed problem

It’s a great cube. I encountered the problem with the spring system popping though. If this happens to you you can fix it. Pop of the cap of whatever part is messed up. There should be a clear piece and a spring. You also need the black price that holds the cap on. There’s a little hexagon in the middle of the black thing. Put the black peice on the clear long peice where the little rectangle fits through the hole. Put the spring in the hexagon. Put the clear piece on the spring and get the long clear peice to pass through the opening on the hexagon clear peice and hold it there. Push down on the hexagon clear peice on the edge of the hexagon clear peice. With your other hand twist the little rectangle to 0.8. Then release the hexagon clear peice . Pop the cap back on and the cube is fixed. You can also put al of the centers to .6 for a looser cube. Hope this helps anyone worried about this problem or if you need to fix it. This was as good as I could explain it so do your best with what I wrote.

    Great Cube..App in progress

I would recommend ....though something to consider....everyone is saying almost the same thing..This cube is great...the app needs work. The app since updated, isn't nearly as glitchy..I haven't had problems connecting, though some phone settings came into play ( like how long the screen stays on). The timers / statistic tracking is awesome ( the other aspects seem under developed and frustrating). I have not tried the battles. One thing I can say about this above the other bluetooth cubes is that it actively records slices (for example M, M' etc) the others last time i check didn't..also I found the cube itself to be faster, smoother, and quieter than my other speed cubes (my main was a valk 3 ). The app is improving ( with more updates to come), and the cube itself is great. If your heart is on Bluetooth this is the way to go..if you can wait..you may want to wait (for the new 356 iplay perhaps). but I would definitely recommend trying it.

    Woah this is good

This is actually a really good cube. When I first got this, I was ready for an ok cube with that was smart. But OOTB this blew my mind. It became an instant main over my gan x and I started averaging up to 2 seconds faster. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because of the minor software issues and steep price. Also lube doesn’t seem to make the cube a lot better but still is very good.

    My main

I decided to use this cube only for Bluetooth cubing. However, this cube is WAY BETTER than what I thought. This cube is my main now, and the app is great. My only complaint is that the app doesn't save your times when you are offline.

    Incredible little invention

I'm not sure what's wrong with some people's issues with the app and device. I personally love it and have yet to gave any issues with it other than minor first-app-iteration problems that will most likely be fixed in future updates. The matching has problems but also because it's brand new and not a lot of people have the thing. Give Gan a little bit and this will be the best smart cube in the market.
