The YJ MGC 4x4 (Speed Micro-Bearing Version) is a standard, magnetic MGC 4x4 with an added feature. This one has small washers with ball bearings inside, which ride on top of the center piece and make the puzzle faster. Give it a try and see what you think!

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop".
This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces.
This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts
which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by
corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

I quite liked the original MGC, with its small-ish size, tactile turning, and vibrant color scheme. The cube’s sluggishness, however, was extremely frustrating, and no lube or spring swaps fixed the issue. Then this cube dropped. I’ve only had it for a few days, but the difference is easily noticeable, and my average has dropped from high 36’s to low 34’s as a result. Would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting a much faster MGC that retains all the likable qualities of the original.
It’s my favorite one. But it’s a choice between the New MGC 4x4 UV at times. But. This one moves so fast and smoothly. I did my PB of 2:05 right out of the box. I am ready to take on Max P with this one. I pretty sure I can do a 14.9 by the next competition. Haha. Great cube and the cubicle has great customer and support team. Thanks guys. Big fan. Michael
Very fast yet controllable, yet you should NOT set it up like a 3x3 with premium lubes. It makes it gummy and slow and a pain to turn inner layers. Just do not do that, and you should be fine.

I got the stickerless “Speed-micro Actuator Version” (screws will ball bearings), so that is the one I’m speaking of here. I haven’t tried that many 4x4 cubes, but the few I have are fairly high end and cost much more (like the MoYu AoSu - originally with a pro-setup), and none of them come close to how this thing feels. Right out of the box it’s amazing. It has that dry sort of sandy feel but VERY fast. VERY easy to turn. And the magnets are a really nice strength. I feel adding lube might ruin it so I have no plans of using any as of yet and can’t recommend having it setup with lube. Everyone’s different, but I recommend getting it as is - with the ball bearings.
It was perfect!!!!! I put some speedy in it, and it came out perfect!!!!!!!!!
It seems bad but when you set it up it’s awesome it’s very cheap and easy to use when it’s set up and you should get it.
