Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

One of the worst puzzles I've tried

Received this puzzle as a $25 mystery cube, and it is genuinely one of the worst puzzle solving experiences I've ever had. For starters, two pieces fell off right out of the box because not one single piece in this thing is anchored to the core of the puzzle, they're all just attachments on 2x2x3 tracks that will fall apart at any turn you attempt. On top of that, the rest of the pieces are simply caps that aren't held in by anything, they just fall off no matter how gently you attempt to turn.

To top things off, the offset core doesn't even add any difficulty to the solve because of the fact that this thing cannot shapeshift. This means that if you solve both the second to last layers, the extra layer is guaranteed to solve itself, so the gimmick of this puzzle doesn't change anything meaningful.

I only managed to solve this puzzle twice because I ran out of patience after having to reassemble it 6 times during that period. If anyone wants a serious challenge, try to solve one of these without any of the pieces falling off.

Overall, wouldn't recommend.
