Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

I recently got this bag free with an order with one of The Cublicle's weekly offers. The quality seems pretty low to me, with the material being thin enough that you could comfortably walk around with it over your head. I haven't tested its strength thoroughly because I don't want to actually tear it, but I suspect that I could rip a hole in it with my bare hands if I tried. Considering the types of shopping bags you can buy from grocery stores for a dollar or two, this is an incredibly inferior product.
The best thing this bag has going for it is its size. It's just the right width to hold a timer and mat, and could comfortably hold 10 standard size 3x3s in addition (though I wouldn't want to put more in there as that would put them at too high a risk of falling out the top. If the bag had a zipper at the top instead of the handles, I would probably use it as a bag to keep cubing supplies in when traveling, placing it inside a larger bag (like a backpack). It'd work well to keep them separate from other things in the backpack in that case. As it is, I'll probably end up just using it to hold my miscellaneous lubes, adjustment tools, springs, etc. at home, rolling them up in the bag like a burrito to keep them from falling out while it sits in a drawer.
