Shipping Information

A comprehensive list of shipping methods is listed below.

United States (Including Puerto Rico)

Free Standard Shipping is offered with orders exceeding $60. Standard Shipping is defined as shipping that is expected to take 3-5 business days to arrive at its destination.

Free Expedited Shipping is offered with orders exceeding $90. Expedited Shipping is defined as shipping that is expected to take 1-3 business days to arrive at its destination.

Please be advised that for free shipping, we may use USPS or UPS, and no specific shipping method is guaranteed. We will pick a method that aims to deliver within the specified timespan. If either of these carriers cannot deliver to your address, or if you want a specific mail class, please make sure to select a different service. 

Furthermore, delays are possible due to extreme weather and other circumstances that are outside of our control.

USPS

USPS considers Saturdays to be business days and will deliver on Saturdays.

UPS

UPS usually does not consider Saturdays to be business days and usually will not deliver on Saturday. If you purchase the Next Day Air service and your order is shipped Friday, it most likely will not deliver until Monday.

Outside the United States

Please be advised that we do not ship any items duty paid, and we do not charge VAT or taxes at the time of purchase.

This means that depending on your country's import policies, you may be required to pay an additional import or customs fee to receive your order. This is separate from the shipping fee and is paid directly to your country, not to us.

We recommend that before ordering, you do some research to see what fees if any would be requested from you so that it does not come as a surprise.
