Meeting your expectations is our highest priority. We consider this our highest responsibility even when times are tough. With this in mind, we created a new program to provide transparency and more reliable results for our customers in the contiguous United States.

From December 14 - 21, we are introducing a new shipping option labeled GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS SHIPPING.

This is a free shipping method that is accessible if your order subtotal meets a certain requirement. Please note the requirement changes depending on when the order is placed, as the closer we are to Christmas, the costlier (and faster) the shipping will be. The requirements are below:

• Dec 14 (6:00PM EST) - Dec 18 (12:00PM EST)  $75.00+
• Dec 18 (12:01PM EST) - Dec 20 (11:59PM EST): $95.00+
• Dec 21 (12:00AM EST) - Dec 21 (11:59 PM EST): $120.00+

If you're not looking to spend this much, your shipment is also guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas if you place your order using the specified mailing class by the specified date and times: 

• Dec 18 12:00PM EST : UPS GROUND
• Dec 20 11:59PM EST : UPS 3 DAY SELECT
• Dec 21 11:59PM EST : UPS 2ND DAY AIR

As an added bonus, all UPS shipping methods will be discounted from December 14-21. 

 

Our Guarantee

In the event that you selected GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS SHIPPING or one of the above three UPS options by the specified date, and do not receive your order by Christmas Day, please contact us and we will issue you a $20 gift card to our store (for orders under $20, the the gift card will match the order subtotal). Our gift cards never expire, so in the unlikely chance something gets delayed, think of it as an extra holiday gift from us to you. USPS Delays 

Shipments sent via the United States Postal Service have been experiencing ongoing delays due to the influx of online holiday shopping as well as logistical complications introduced by the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a grim reality we cannot control or pretend to overlook. This year has been extremely tough for everybody, with the holidays presenting additional challenges.
