To request any changes to your order (including cancellation), select "I want to change/cancel my order" and make sure to enter the correct order number. You may find your order number under your account page, or within the confirmation email you received upon placing the order.
If you would like to send us any mail, please use the mailing address below. You may also address mail specifically to any of our staff members (by using, for example, “attn: Rowe Hessler” between our business name and street address). For replies to letters, please include an email address in your letter if you would like a prompt response.
Please note that in order for a return to be accepted, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from our customer service department. We reserve the right to refuse any return packages sent without the appropriate Authorization.
