If you would like to request an alteration/cancellation of your order, you must select the "Order Change Request" option as the inquiry type and provide the exact order number. You may find your order number under your account page, or within the confirmation email you received upon placing the order. Please note that not all order alteration/cancellation requests can be honored, but the sooner you put a request in, the greater the likelihood we can make the change for you.

If you would like to send us any mail, please use the mailing address below. You may also address mail specifically to any of our staff members (by using, for example, “attn: Rowe Hessler” between our business name and street address). For replies to letters, please include an email address in your letter if you would like a prompt response.
Please note that in order for a return to be accepted, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from our customer service department. We reserve the right to refuse any return packages sent without the appropriate Authorization.
