GAN 356 X FAQs
WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG TO SHIP?
Typically, an order will not ship until all its constituent products are ready to go out, within a single shipment. This is why we recommend on product pages for back-ordered and pre-order items that they should be ordered separately if you would like to receive all your items as soon as possible. While unlikely, it is possible in the case of a pre-order item to hold an entire order for as much as a month or more.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If your order contains only a GAN356 X (numerical IPG) and was placed after November 5th for Stickerless Bright, and after November 13th for Black plastic, it may be fulfilled when the next batch arrives in late December. We are always working on acquiring new batches of GAN356 X, but are currently uncertain about future batches following the late December batch.
For domestic orders placed before 2018-12-16 11:59 PM EST that contain other products in addition to the GAN356 X, we will split the shipments for you pro gratis so that you receive at least some of your items by Christmas. The GAN356 X (numerical IPG) will be shipped to you on the above-mentioned schedule; everything else will be shipped almost immediately.
WHAT OTHER OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
We also offer the option to substitute the GAN356 X you have ordered with the GAN356 X (IPG V5) -- ONLY WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. Because this product is available now, we can ship you the full order with this substitution almost immediately. If you prefer this option over splitting the shipments, please send us a message and make sure to select "GAN 356X Substitution" as the inquiry type.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE GAN356 X AND THE GAN356 X (IPG V5)?
There are primarily two differences between the cubes. The first difference is that the numerical IPG version features a special GES nut that allows you to set your tension to one of three predetermined settings. This gives you the ability to quickly tension your cube evenly. However, the only tensions you can set on the cube are one of the three options. The IPG V5 version has a traditional GES nut that you can loosen and tighten freely. If you tension carefully, you can replicate any of the three predetermined tensions of the Numerical IPG version. You can also go in between any of these settings on the IPG V5.
The second difference is the price. The IPG V5 is $5 cheaper than the Numerical IPG version. If a substitution is effectuated, you will be issued a $6 gift card to compensate for the price difference.
WHY HAVE THE SHIPPING TIMELINES ON THE PRODUCT BEEN PUSHED BACK?
The manufacturer has not produced enough of the product to satisfy the high demand. We will continue to attempt procuring as many batches of the GAN356 X as possible, and will continue to update everyone on our progress.
