Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

3.5 Stars

Let me get this straight, this cube is great for a lot of people. I want to like this cube but I cant get it to really shine for me. no matter what i do to this cube i cant make it great like everyone else says it is. This review probably wont matter to many of you, as there are like 20 other 5 star reviews praising this cube, but maybe it can give you insight that it might be just a little bit underwhelming.

Send help I can't stop doing 5x5

Set up with weight 5 and dignitas, feels like solving but you're holding a cloud and its what dreams are made of.

Valk 5 = bad

OOTB this cube was too stable but decent. But the problem I have with it is that during parity, it will lock up so badly (as pictured) and it is impossible to fix. Also like I said I don’t like that the cube is too stable. I wish this cube had more speed than it does. The worst thing is this 5x5 is $50! While the $22 mgc 5x5 is way better and faster and doesn’t lock up. If you want a good premium 5x5, just good for the mgc not this.

Excellent Puzzle!

I had doubts about it when I first opened it, but after I switched the lube out for Weight 5 on the pieces, it surpassed my expectations. 10/10, would buy again.

Worst 5x5 I have ever tried

The title says it all.

I was just turning the cube, and on the 3x3 stage... this happened. 0 out of 10, I do not recommend this cube to anyone who wishes to buy it.

Really good except

I purchased the valk 5 since it everyone keeps saying it’s the best 5x5 on the market by far. I was really excited when I received it. While it may feel stiff and rough at first, this cube can take a while to break in until it feels really good and smooth, and if not just add some lube. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because one of the yellow center caps came with a defect it’s slightly darker yet noticeable then the rest of the center caps, and I’m not sure if it’s competition legal besides that it’s perfect.

Very good cube

Really a very good 5x5. Right out of the box it was a little tight but with a little loosening it was perfect. The magnets are pretty strong which makes for a very stable cube. Highly recommend.

Very good, but pricey

The Valk 5 is an outstanding puzzle. For my birthday I never intended to get this puzzle for a new 5x5, because I was looking at the MGC 5x5. But when my latest package arrived, my mother surprised me with this, which I didn't expect. And I love it. Out of the box, the turning was a bit slower than I anticipated, but I unboxed it right after unboxing the fastest cube I've ever used so maybe it was relative thinking. The layers turn smoothly, and at 62mm the puzzle doesn't feel too large nor small for me. The puzzle feels like a classic Valk style sort of cube, where it is very stable. I do wish the inner layers were a little easier to turn on their own, because I came from a 4x4, where I felt compelled to always do a slice move with one move. But, that's probably something I'll have to get used to. Now, as much as I do love this puzzle however, I feel more compelled to recommend the MGC 5x5 purely because of the price. The MGC is less than half the price of the Valk 5x5 and I've heard it has very similar performance to the this, but if you love the Valk style of cubes, this 5x5 will surely impress you.

My friend let me try his and says it's the best 5x5 on the market but I disagree

it's a pretty good cube. expensive for its quality . you can buy The MGC 5x5 for half the price and twice the quality
