Product Description

The Gans 356 Air is the latest release from Gans. The Gans 356 Air aims to achieve a very lightweight yet stable feel. Many subtle but important design changes have also been made in the Gans 356 Air, which allow it to be even more stable and lightweight than any of its predecessors (as light as 70 grams, depending on the configuration).

Additionally, for the Gans 356 Air, Gans has created a patented, color-coded spring elasticity system called the GES (Gans Elasticity System).

Grand Master Limited Edition Version: This is the Grand Master version of the Gans 356 Air. The Grand Master version features the Gans half bright sticker set pre-applied to the cube, a full set of GES S-Series and G-Series components, a metal adjusting tool, a plastic adjusting tool, a Gans cube bag in the same color of the cube, and a limited edition Gans card.

The Grand Master Limited Edition version is available in Blue, Pink, Macaron Purple, and Teal (officially called Spring-Mint). Limited quantities available. Once these colors are sold out, they will not be available again.

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Amazing, but then it starts wear out

I bought this cube on a different website, but I wanted to make a review here since this website is more popular and more people will see it.

So let's start with the basics, the turning is fabulous, it's absolutely amazing. I've had the cube for about 4-6 months now, and I'm super impressed with it so far.

But all good things have an end.. right? Well with the GANS 356 Air Grandmaster, it's true. The turning isn't AS good as it used to be, same with the corner cutting. One of the biggest problems with my Gans 356 grandmaster is, is that whenever I turn my blue layer/face, it unscrews the screw... which isn't good at all.

Again, I've had this cube quite some time, and it has well over 1000+ solves on it, so I do believe it may be my harsh turning style.

Anyway, I hope this review helped you out!

Thanks
Ryan-

Cubes good Cubicle Bad....

i purchased the Gans Air Grand master along with other cubes and the Gans turned out to be a good cube. The Cubicle on the OTHER hand was terrible all around. they said my order would ship in 2 to 3 days but it took over 2 weeks AND they did not even contact me to tell me it would take longer, i had to contact them to find out where my order was. this was a second and final chance from buying from the cubicle. The first time one of my cubes was out of stock and they never told me about that i had to get a hold of them. after i contacted them about my order this second time it took 3 days to hear back that it was going to take longer because they had to customize the valk. but it shouldnt take more than 2 weeks to customize a cube... the next time i told them to send the rest of my order because it was taking so long and they completely ignored my email and after another message from me *upset* from not hearing anything they emailed me saying sorry for the inconvenience your order shipped.

when they arrived, the shamrock cube had caps that fell off and would not push on all the way.

communication was very disappointing and will be going with another business.

It is good, but...

It has good corner cutting, fast, and no pops whatsoever. It was at the right speed for me I average 15 seconds with this cube. The one thing I hate is the stickers. It keeps peeling off, which is so annoying. Same thing for my Cubicle Gans Air 356 too. It is probably no worth the money though. But overall it is a awesome cube.

Pretty good, but I had a bad experience with it once

I just wanted to say that I have the teal version of this cube. Anyway, the feel of this cube is smooth, light, airy, swishy, clicky, bumpy, and fast, and it is very light. Corner cutting is great, but a little under average, which isn't a huge issue. I have never had a corner twist or a catch or a lockup. But the problem I had with this cube was that an edge piece broke. I managed to sand down the bulge (with a little help) and it was fine, but that shouldn't happen. Admittedly I do have a pretty high TPS (not trying to brag at all) but still, that shouldn't happen. I would recommend this cube to anyone who has a preference for smoother, lighter cubes, and if you have a high TPS (maybe over 5 or so,) be aware that this cube may break for you, too. I don't know how Feliks manages to not get his to break. (NOTE: I use the blue GES springs.)

GREAT CUBE

i love this cube I saved up 39 dollars to buy the cube I had two dollars left and bought stickers and a lube tip for my cube (my main was a Wal-Mart rubik's brand) I used the blue springs the purple were too uncontrollable for me so I used the blue I lubricated this and I love the stock colors I done about 50 solves on it and I loves it. I recommend this cube to other beginner - master cubers!
